How to make Black rice water. I started out buying rice water & notice ld a difference in my hair. I noticed it was getting thicker! In previous videos I talked about my hair trauma. Since making my own rice water it has changed the game of my hair! It feels more moisturized & it has a silkier texture. Granted, I implemented other ingredients to make it specific for me & how I make it.
