mashallah, this is what I try to do aswell.... the sihks have good understanding of living natural Let me add more to the list: drink out of metallic cups, eat out of metallic plates, avoid plastics, try to wear natural plain looking clothes (don't make others jealous), try to avoid touching your skin with polyester, try not to lust after other (it "burns" your heart), try not to get jealous of others, read a lot-- look for patterns in literature, try not to watch violence for entertainment,
Exile Khann let's not have negative thoughts.....If anything, we should pray for the Sheik, that Allah grants him the gift of human hibernation just like the pious sleepers of Surah Al Kahf. The most pious people who pray to be with Imam Mahdi in the final fight between good and evil may be blessed with hibernation. Just like Prophet Issa who's spirit is ascended (to gain vital knowledge), but his physical body is on earth in hibernation. This is the message of Surah Al Kahf.
I should also mention that in a nuclear winter..... it is almost impossible to use modern machinery/weapon systems....a lot of things will simply not work however horses are really good at fighting in cold environments... they're blessed in having a body that can withstand cold weather and thick snow
