I thought that mate, bet he was sanding for days 🤣 I remember my first go with fibreglass, wasn't pretty! Even anyones first go with filler a d youre sanding forever or even chizzeling it off to reapply it haha
I made a box sized 10x10cm to see how even fiberglass looks like ;)
Right!? Really inspirational. We're playing with fibreglass soon so it's very reassuring. Although we're more than used to sanding for days at this point..
If you start with fiberglass sanding is your second most important activity after breathing ;)

I was thinking bout doin this 7 years ago with ebike engines on all 4 wheels like so 50 mph bike hubs I thought bout this cause I didn’t have my liscense never made it cause i was broke still basically broke but all he needs now is the 4 hubs

I've met Andrew in Southport after seeing his AMG in exactly same place you've spotted it first time. I've watched a video on TH-cam about his bike before and couldn't belive is here in the UK, in Southport where I live. Andrzej is a top lad and this project is insane. Good luck with your next projects and see you soon somewhere in Southport 😉 Great video lads, top job.

I’m wondering what a difference it would make to have a lightweight shell for the floor as well, making it feel more enclosed, covering the bars and open road, some cup holders, sound system display, speedometer etc all trying to keep it thin & light weight while adding to the immersion. I’m sure someone out there can design a gear system like an 18 speed bike but with a flywheel acceleration assist or a very high gear for highway speeds, like those record breaking spins with some impossible ratio like 85:17, I’ve seen some Frankenstein sized fixed gears get up to 55 on flat highway but unless you can shift up to that it’s not practical on the knees, if we add some flywheels might as well make some coils to charge a bank of super capacitors.. a little electric motor assist.. rooftop solar cells.. flywheel-super-capacitor-electric-pedal Tesla anyone?

Fantastic, I like it a lot more the gold foil attempt at a pedal Porsche. This is quite passable until the front wheels are turned. Beautiful machine.

this should be a future ride for the city. help with some electric motors from current battery powered motor cycle would be greatte for city driving! In the case of accident, it would be fatal but what if eveyone is riding same vehicle as it is now! It is great to image the future city riding! Great work!

I'm very impressed with how tight and consistent the bonnet gaps are. Tesla should hire this guy 😂
Now this would be great to see cruising around London, this is not the first type of these I've seen but it is one of the best made one's, cruise down Sloan street on a day when all the petrol head photographers are around.
Also this kind of thing would be great if it could be made light enough all enclosed, park anywhere park on a meter and put nothing in, ha that would be funny to see.
Yeah the spotters would have plenty of time to take pictures too! 😂👍🏻
@@RODEBLOCTV I think that would be a great thing to see, and do a facebook thing or whatever they call it and try to get all kinds of custom bikes down on the same day, do exactly the same as the fancy cars do but with bicycles, choppers sports bicycles the lot all kinds of bikes Velos electric bikes and so on just riding up and down Sloan street showing off the bikes.
All enclosed bikes, pimped bikes take over the road like the cars do.
Just for one day or a few hours, but have it stressed bikes that are out of the norm not just a bunch of guys on bikes dressed in spandex or whatever these riders wear.
If it's a bike that is different in some way then it should be there, that kind of thing, there is a car that was converted to a bicycle that would also be great on the day.
And drinks on the multi rider bike, bicycle bar.
Bring in a whole new age of bicycle riding, perhaps even include some of the fancy and strange Escooters that I'm sure are being developed.
What should we call it, Quad bike or car ?

It should be painted with lumalor paint. But it would need a battery to light up the paint. It is really kewl.

Hub motors for electric assistance is a viable option, 250 watts in each motor. 4 wdr

Andy’s company FOTON Automotive should collaborate with Mercedes or Bugatti to build a fleet of super car e-bike-cars, it would help motorists in central London avoid paying the hefty congestion charges. 😂

Great job, Andy! I made my pedal powered car out of a 1959 Studebaker, all chopped up. Yours is much lighter and more practical, I'm sure. haha.

Also met Andy on Sunday while waiting for Mersey Ferry home, missed ferry due to chatting to them 2 greatly clever people, to be able to build a space frame with working suspension/steering and brakes all working in tandem with a Bosch Electric bike motor ,add on a fibre glass body shell an its a classic bit of engineering, it must have been an experience to drive down the Strand on a Sunday afternoon in it.

Just throw an E-MOTOR IN IT, AND AVOID ALL THE PEDALING.
You’d probably need a hub motor driving each of the four wheels I reckon, so four motors and she ll be doing about 25mph !!
