Beautiful dog but I hope you got rid of his baby fat as he got older. Keep him at 65 lbs or less to avoid hip dysplasia. One out of 4 Amstaffs experience it as they get older. Mine still weighs what he when he was 1 yr old. Here's wishing you many happy years together.
What are those hedges called in your yard and beautiful dog I love the red and white almost looks like my pitbull/mastiff except mine has black eye shadow on.

I have a mix of Amstaff and Border/Corgi, anyway my puppy seems he is all about Amstaff, he is 2 months and half but he doesn't like cuddle that much, I mean when we woke up he is excited and when you return home he is happy but he doesn't like too much body contact. Is that normal? He is lives with my other dogs which is a 8 months border collie and they play together all the time. Is it normal that he doesn't like to much to sit with us and cuddle a little?
This is not normal, he was not treated well in the kennel, so he does not want affection from people, it is better to fix it with a cynologist, otherwise there may be aggression towards people. spend more time with him. Play and train the most important thing (from the first days of arrival home), spend as much time as possible with him, rarely leave him at home alone. Define the boundaries of the puppy so that he immediately understands Who is the leader, then when he grows up he will be obedient. Good luck😊
@@Mysnik193 He has changed, he now likes it, not as the border but he is a sweet guy now. He comes from a family, very good people so I am sure he have been surround by love. He is a big dog now, he completely loves kids, suspicious with strangers, but he doesn't like other dogs. We socialized him a lot even with professional instructors but he doesn't like other dogs, sad but it's hard to change this side of his character, they guess it's the Amstaff dna.
