- I completed AC Mirage and finally maxed out everything. Many of the cool mechanics are locked behind the skill tree. Once you unlock the skills and learn how to use the game becomes pretty good and enjoyable. I finally figured out the controls and then the game became dramatically interesting. It's not perfect but there's something here.

I agree that it looks and feels cool... but at the same time that teleportation is the worst thing Ubisoft ever added to this franchise. They should've made something like Batman's multi fear takedown in Arkham Knight, instead of a teleport.

@@momsberettas9576 Technically, the excuse for this "teleportation" is that Basim is so fast that the Animus can't process his speed making it look like he's teleporting. But there are several situations where this doesn't make sense, like here 0:48, he jumps in one direction and appears still in mid-air in the other

Could also do some Revelations-type grapple move where you roll over someone's back and then toss them on their ass, or as a way of breaking out of combat.

Man, focus is so cool mechanic in this game, not only in game, but gaming idea, hope i'll get the game soon
The concept would be neat, but the whole game has that signature modern Ubisoft emptiness feeling to it, like nothing actually reacts to you or its environment, enemies are just dolls idly standing around for no reason, purpose or objective in mind, and they are all functionally blind, deaf and foggy brained.
I like to use the roll mechanic often when surprising enemies or finding cover. You can chain a sequence of Rolls and assassinations like you have in a fun way

That was so sick. Is that the animation that most often occurs when you crouch in the smoke bombs area of effect? I tend to stand and assassinate but that generally results in longer animations. I like how you used Assassin focus to eliminate the enemies not effected by smoke... Im gonna use this tech on my next run 😊 💪
Tbh when i first saw the gameplay reveal i hated on that move where time pauses and tou teleport, but it actually looks super fun to use now
WTF, I didn't know much about this, but thought this is going back to the roots. But throw knife into double teleport assassination is straight out of odyssey.
Nice stealth. BTW in 0:50 the smoke bomb assassinations were super smooth with quick animations. Any tips on how to get low profile assassinations like those consistently like you did?
Stop sprinting when you get close to your target, from what I’ve gathered you get a high or low profile assassination based on your movement speed
That saffron smoke bomb must the most expensive smoke bombs in ac history

Bro why people complaining about the teleportation in this game, Like dude you can’t use it if you don’t want to?
Just like people could "not use" the grappling hook in Syndicate, right? No.
Developers give a gimmick skill that bastardizes the main gameplay mechanics of that define the entire franchise since it's conception and you think people just have to accept it and go like "oh, I just won't use it, that simple!".
They couldn't even give you proper Side Ejects(and it took them a while to even bring a very basic and unpolished version of it) but somehow they were so excited to give a skill that is belongs in freaking Middle Earth games.

I like difficult games and Assassin's creed was only a bit difficult when i was a small kid i was the biggest fan of this franchise but it's tooo easy to beat the game no efforts u can even complete the game without dying even once

i played 80 percent of the game witout realising the warp technique lol so yeah you can easily play without it

And its optional, you dont have to use it, you can do stealth the hard way or the easy way
And if you are complaining about old ac, al Mualim teleported and connor was an eagle

And someone could say "Oh but it makes total sense for the Assassins to evolve past the need for laboriously climbing building after building, and a grappling hook does just that"
Yeah, but parkour is still one if not the biggest defining aspect of the AC franchise, at least gameplay wise. So, no matter how you can come up with a in-universe justification for things to exist, if they conflict with the essence of gameplay, then it's simply wrong.
So regarding this "glitch" thing, the truth is that from a gameplay perspective, it literally is a teleportation ability, regardless of whatever lore excuse the very developers can come up with, and it's existence removes the entire purpose of videogame that is meant to have players swiftly moving around a city in stealth, to sneak up on enemies in order to assassinate them... which is literally what the gameplay of the franchise had always been about.
And the fact you try to justify it just goes to show how little of a fan of the franchise you truly are. Because no one who actually cares about "AC being AC" would try it.

but story and fighting is not that much good
From what I’ve seen (I haven’t played it myself so don’t take my word for it) it’s nothing special and isn’t as good as previous titles. I feel however what mirage lacks in story it makes up in other aspects but I’d say it’s worth a try if you enjoy assassins creed games

Is not that I don't like the game, but it feels like I'm replaying Origins, the same ambience makes it kinda boring to me. Although I like the combat more on Origins.
I've been playing since AC, 1st skipped AC2,to play Brotherhood (while had multi-player) at one point decided to play AC2&again Brotherhood. Learned so much things that gave me edge while playing (and multi, before was shut down) game missions and also in some other one's (Dying Light-played like AC, had so much "How did that"😳 which also has skill trees for some great movement )

Why are people crying about the teleportation ability? You dont have to use it, stop crying about it, I love the ability but I even forget that it exists, its not like the game is forcing you do it, and people crying about realism need a reality check on the older games.
This is the worst story of all in the series. The worst ending and worst mechanics. You added so many modern things that didn't exist there. The game is more for historians than for gamers.

This guy have end-game character so his "focus" is loading faster. If you don't have this ability, focus is not that OP (I know what I'm saying because I also have Mirage).
