How much liquid they hold depends on the fabric type and how many layers are sewn in :) For example, heavy fleece holds a lot more liquid than flannel. And diaper flannel is heavier weight than regular flannel. Most online places will list the weight of fabric, so you can compare as they are different from place to place.
