For those who did not understand what she said in Pakistan language ...she explains that in winters we eat food like that which is food of energy and the same energy the helps us in summers time when we have a lot of work from cultivation of land to taking care of the crop till its ripen and we also do feed of our animals and live stocks so we are busy all day long during summers she also said that because we only do our own gomr grown veggies and meat we dont have disease and our elders you cand find here with 130 years of age because they have lived the same life having only organic local crops and animal meat. There has been a research by some western experts on why hunza valley people have longer life then even western countries and they found out the secret was hunza bread which is made by mixture of various grains flour like barley, wheat, corn , lentals etc. This news got so famous in west that now hunza bread receipt can be found googling it over internet mostly by western people. Most locals do no know about it though being so simple 😀😀

One of the best memories from childhood was when my little Gaga'ah(Granma)had one of the menfolk get some dried deer meat that was hanging out to dry on the Mesquite tree and she made gravy and Chumuth(tortillas)for everyone .And we shared it under the vatoh (brush arbor) But her pinto beans with white cheese was the best ! That great Mesquite flavor in all her cooking
No doubt these guys are living a splendid life in those mountains, where they have no electricity, no internet and no fake food like we do in city thats they live a long healthy life.
