    Was this a movie scene or footage from a real company meeting? I couldn't tell the difference. Brilliant performance by all actors, especially Helen Hunt.

      I know these comments are all old but I just gotta say a lot of the message in this film is nonsense they’re spreading to poison women’s minds. 1. His tramp of a daughter who’s FIFTEEN (15) dating an EIGHTEEN (18yrold) pervert/pedo who clearly just wants to bed her. Her mother is extraordinarily ok with it like a complete IDIOT yet Nick is somehow the ass coz he doesn’t want his little girl being a tramp. The bf has issues & should be hung from tree for being attracted to a CHILD. Teenage years are like DOG years ppl. On to the Lola character could she be MORE clueless & IDIOTIC??? She sleeps with the protagonist on their 1st date all while reiterating she’s “not that kind of girl” so then he gets what he wants & OF COURSE doesn’t call her coz she’s easy, yet that’s somehow the MAN’S fault & he MUST be gay coz “not another guy” oh please maybe try nog giving it up on the 1st night & have some self respect & accountability & before anyone comes @ me I’m a woman 😂😂😂

    I liked this example because in the reconstruction the supreme rulers tried to stimulate ideas for the rising rulership not unlike Darcy..money absent. And we both dealt with the nick Marshall’s those in dated ideas so we could make changes that assisted globally. Thanks the Spaniards

    A staff confidence could trigger attitudes in others, this you can't address directly it has to be resolved between the parties. Most people don't like their bosses because they ask them to know how to do things and in many cases don't want to communicate what to do.
    Unfortunately not many companies have funds to give staff all the external trainings on leadership or technical matters relating to the specifics of the businesses they handle. This means staff have to be on their feet always and managers are responsible for trainings and orientations. Training in essence is about how to get something done and many people don't want to be told how nor what to do except it comes directly from the founder, so a method of leadership is to do what others don't want to do, and let the HR evaluate the efforts of the rest.
    What to do concepts comes often from managers but how to do it has to come from subordinates.

    • @jonny-b4954
      @jonny-b4954 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just like a general and his subordinates. He doesn't tell them how to hit the flank, or what units to use. He just tells the corp commander, who tells his division commander etc. and they all decide how best to make it happen. Top down.

    Fashion rulership maintains our rulership thought process in reconstructing was as such how to pick up things as they were and with experience reconstruct. So we used a style of innovative thinking as such with all rulership. Fashion rulership continual

      True. But remember this movie was made 2000 and during the 90’s(which is what is she referencing) Sears was HUGE! Amazon took out the big brand named mall stores. Amazon is the reason why malls are now basically dead…

    • @rwwilson21
      @rwwilson21 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most department stores are. even as I guy I hate it. as a 90's kid I loved shopping in the mall. In this scene when the bra was mentioned always reminds me where back in like 2000-2001 when me, my mom, two sisters and old best friend were shopping at the mall, they wanted to into Victoria secret and I said, "FUCK THAT!!" as I started walking away my best friend grabbed the back of my shirt and pulled my ass into the store. Amazon has not only ruined but taken away those moments.
      the advancement technology has been great but it has also killed a lot of great things and actions. like shopping malls, having to go to blockbuster to get a movie, playing with toys, going outside, hanging out with friends in general. Technology ruined Gen-Z childhood.

      @jygb7092 Sears revenues in 2006 were 53 Billion up from 41 Billion in 2001. This movie came out in 2000. Sears wasn't collapsing at all when this movie came out. E-Commerce was in it's infancy in 2000 with no clear direction. Lest we all forget the Dot com bubble burst that happened in 2000.
