I have read this book as suggestions from my late father and haven’t stopped with Albert Camus work which has let big mark on my life,thank you for now be able to listen to it as we need to refresh our minds with this masterpiece

I feel the same. It's the product of a more formal, older form of French combined with parts of it getting lost in translation. Find the videos of Eric Dodson's lectures of this book to understand it in an everyday English kind of way.
