HOW TO CHANGE YOUR REGULATOR MOUTHPIECE | Damaged mouth piece change | APEKS XTX50

Have you ever noticed a damaged, torn or ripped mouthpiece on you regulators? Damaged to mouthpieces is often caused by the user biting too hard throughout the dive or can be caused whilst in transit or storage. Divers can find that water can leak into the mouth or parts of the mouthpiece is loose in the mouth. This can be dangerous and needs to be repaired quickly.
A new mouthpiece is often under £10 and comes with a new zip tie to secure it, all you need is a pair of wire cutters to safely swap it out. In this video I'll show you how to do this properly and safely.
