    Brilliant that you’re open to engaging with people from varied “spaces” like Dr Bulsiewicz. It’s a bad idea to become “blinker-visioned” regarding something so complex as nutrition and disease / disease limitation. Unfortunately TH-cam so often encourages foolish polarisation, as opposed to open-minded sharing of knowledge. So thanks again Jesse. Keep it up!

      Hi🙏Good morning🤗
      Respectfully I want to tell you about my experience with black mold😔it was exposed to black toxic mold 25 years ago from my own house, actually a beautiful house that I’m still here.
      The house was fixed but unfortunately the mold continue in some areas of the house I and I had few episodes with black mold.
      I won’t be able to explain my journey to recovery ❤️‍🩹 Drs don’t have any clue about mycotoxins, fungus, candida overgrowth etc the list goes on and on.
      I was in my early forties a mother of 4 amazing kids that they’re adults now.
      I can’t describe what happened to me, I was in my best shape and doing the meditation diet, working out 5 a week and eating very healthy weight 120 pounds. I couldn’t eat anything without feeling poisoned😔I became allergic to everything, I had chemical sensitivity, histamine issues, stomach pain, debris and black ashes from my throat, blood from my nose, my mucus lining of my gut, my lips, my nose mucosa was piling out, anyway I went to many Drs the best holistic treatment without any success.
      I ended at the Mayo Clinic and this amazing Dr tested me for everything that you can imagine thankfully I was diagnosed with SIBO bacteria overgrowth that make you feel sick extremely sick like you’re literally possessed by demons.
      The antibiotics didn’t work and continue feeling extremely sick and losing weight.
      I desperately was looking for a answer to my sickness because I was constantly being sick with all this horrible symptoms which I was very worried about my kids and my not able to digest much food specifically fruit, gluten, grains, etc.
      I did my own research and I learned about CRS chronic inflammation syndrome from being exposed to black toxic mold.
      I found a Dr at that time his name Dr
      Peter Atia who at that time was doing Ketogenic Diet lifestyle an amazing Dr of Cancer ♋️ who was very knowledgeable, compassionate about his patients and my beautiful mother passed away from cancer.
      I decided to fallow his diet as a last resort.
      I was 115 pounds at that time my family, friends, my kids couldn’t believe I started that lifestyle that didn’t make any sense at that time bcz I wasn’t doing for weight loss.
      Successfully I became keto addicted and in the beginning I was drinking a lots of melted butter 🧈 and fat from different sources, fortunately I was able to digest the fat without feeling sick, so I started the Ketogenic Therapy lifestyle very quickly I started to feeling better and my motivation was to stay alive for the sake of my children🙏
      I have continued with that lifestyle, I discovered later on someone that literally had saved my life❤️‍🩹her name is Stephanie the business person TH-cam channel amazing person that knows biology and talks about everything that this amazing Dr was talking about fungus and different microbiomes.
      I CANNOT DIGEST GRAINS.
      I CANNOT DIGEST FRUCTOSE.
      I DO NOT EAT FRUIT.
      I continue with the ketogenic lifestyle.
      I’m in my sixty’s now and I’m very strong 💪 I still have muscle mass and I don’t look my age.
      I hope this information helps.
      I kindly suggest that you look into Stephanie business person TH-cam channel.
      She may be the only person that can probably help you🙏
      She has videos talking about everything from fungus to black mold exposure and all the approaches to a better health🙏
      I wish you good luck. It’s a long journey and you would see the light of the tunnel🙏

      I mean to said CIRS
      Chronic Inflammation Response Syndrome.
      That’s the name of the mold disease 🦠
      The Mayo Clinic does have testing for it.
      In my case nothing showed up in every allergy test I had done.
      I have pictures of everything and it doesn’t show anything until you pay for some specific test that are very costly and not covered by insurance.

    Dr. Paul Saladino surfs several hours a day. He could probably eat anything and thrive. My understanding of his carnivore diet is that it worked well for him initially as an elimination diet and actually reversed a couple of severe auto immune disorders he had.

    • @gloriamcdonough987
      @gloriamcdonough987 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Paul Saladino isn’t the average person.
      I’m happy for him that this new approach works for him and his life style.
      I believe that we are all different and we as an individuals have different microbiome so what works for him probably doesn’t work for everyone else.
      In my case I absolutely cannot eat the way he does.
      I haven’t had fruit in the last 9 years because of my inflammatory response to sugars , fructose grains etc.
      We should leasing to our bodies

    • @manleynelson9419
      @manleynelson9419 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's not just that Paul's diet worked for a little while as a carnivore what really happened was he got down to a lean body body mass where he was not just no longer insulin resistant and he went past insulin sensitivity into a insulin and hormonal state where he needed to add complex carbs. Once you've gotten to a place of really lean body mass you have to add complex carbs if you're on carnivore unless you're just a obese agenic. So there's a great video that Dr Robert c y w e s is done on this very subject about Paul.

    I am a firm believer in the idea that everyone is an experiment of one. Only you can decide what food plan works best for your body. Some people thrive on WFPB, some on Keto, some carnivore, some Mediterranean. For every one study that promotes one lifestyle, you can find another that supports a different one. The one thing that is absolute for everyone is to stay away from highly processed foods, hydrogenated oils, and added sugars.

    • @lynlawley8903
      @lynlawley8903 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sugar and nasty fat s processed foods the chemicals they used to give food life😢

    • @mdjones35
      @mdjones35 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      My point is that studies can be manipulated to show positive results. While we can say that some diets in general are inherently better, that does not mean every person will benefit in the same way. It is up to each person to experiment with different food plans to find what works best for their health.

    • @mdjones35
      @mdjones35 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I am not implying that they are equal. I'm saying a person has to figure out which works for them. Not everyone can tolerate grains, some can't tolerate dairy, there are people who need to do a more restrictive plan for a time to correct a problem then are able to change to a more varied diet. It's not about the diets being equal, it's that there is no one diet that is perfect for everyone.

    I have an appoint with a dermatologist next week as a follow-up from a biopsy sample taken unrelated to what I made the appointment for. I feel they did a bait and switch. When I called them on it they said they'd be remiss if they didn't do the protocols. I said the skin reflects what shape the liver is in metabolically and not to worry about it because I'm in control of what I feed the microbiome in the gut and on the largest organ in the bod. The reason I say all this is because of what Dr. B said about fecal implants at 7:00. Introducing other bacteria expedites how mitochondria behave, influencing the immune/autoimmune system. Something the doctor I'll be seeing next week has no interest in considering he and his NP discounted when I said I ate well, limiting sugar, wheat, corn, rice and soybean/oil. Although eating an occasional pizza with corn fed meats. I plan to play this podcast, cued to 7:00 to see what they'll say about the microbiome having influence on melanoma. Then there's the part I said I use 2% potassium iodine (Lugol's) topically and FDA/RDA through ingestion. That went over like a lead balloon.

    • @SpearChuckUngawa
      @SpearChuckUngawa 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have no melanomas. Before going keto I weighed 55lbs. heavier and on a blood thinner. It caused pigment changes resembling liver spots. That's what triggered the protocol to biopsy, the life blood of dermatology...IMO.

    Our distinct human biochemistry is as individual to us as our face. There is no one diet that is best for everyone. We can all agree that unprocessed and chemical free foods are best but when it comes to the macros we all have different needs that may even change during the course of our lives. I feel real good on a high fat diet and have always had an affinity to fatty food with no major health problems. The rule is to listen to your body.

    Our knowledge about the microbiome is so recent…..there is more we don’t know, than we know. Anyone who thinks our current knowledge of the microbiome clearly shows “x” or “y” ….. is most likely incorrect.
    However it is important to divert $$$ to extensively research the microbiome, given it is central to our health.

I’m no longer on allergy pill, lost 50 - feel great. Except my bms are a 6. Now am incorporating homemade coconut yogurt to accomplish better gut biome. My body was ready - I think it’s very important to listen and incorporate the prebiotic and probiotics. I do not agree with how this dr suggests to eat- too many people have issues allergies and issues with legumes nightshades, wheat, dairy, etc. But incorporating fiber from homemade L Ruteri etc with carnivore is best for me.

    NO! You're first morning urine is concentrated because of physiological secretion of Anti-Diuretic-Hormone overnight, which reduces urine production. If you dont drink anything on rising, your second urination will generally be paler (more dilute) than the first. How dry your lips are depends on the humidity of your environment and whether you're a mouth breather, more than overall hydrtion.

    What about the consequences of long term stress (10+ yrs) on gut microbiome? Can this be a cause of leaky gut, leading to Hashimotos Hyperthyroidism? I am a model whole, non inflammatory foods eater. I eat meat. Not taking meds. Working this out the natural route, with professional help. Doing daily fasting for last couple of months. T4 levels have gone up (marginally) first time in the 5 years I have known about my condition. A symptom of Hashimotos is skin rashes, MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) and reaction to fermented foods, so I have eliminated all. Worked for a while but rashes are back. Oxalates and lectins create reactions too.

    I understand a few things one of them I don't need to eat so much, i can stay without food 20-24h in day and have energy without eating a lot carbs. So why is that? because body can adapted in all circumstances. Other thing never trust people who are "doctors" but not researchers, how he know about body gut if he is not microbiologist, he just gastroenterologist. Why they never compare people like one eating meat and one eating plants base diet gut diversity? I saw broadcast where one guy ate month just meat have better gut diversity than before eating plants. It is very simple to say eat more fiber, with 0 research. And after all when i start to eat more food i always feel not good, mood going down, i feel how insuline going up and down, it is all about how much you eating everything and need to find gold center to feel good.

    I prefer to have kefir. Btw I can proudly say that I have never watched game of thrones, not my type of show. I do have depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia and now pinched nerve in my neck caused by the stress of having a mother with all the traits of NPD. Also have chronic insomnia. I manage my illnesses with some meds, some vitamins and supplements and some healthy eating and exercise. Always trying to do better. I love my coffee first thing in the morning after having warm water with squeeze of lemon and often go after morning, have been making sure to get sunlight in morning. Really like this guy, he’s informative and not boring. I’ve really cut down on my alcohol now, just one small glass a day. I live in New Zealand and we have the best Sauvignon Blanc so very hard to give up altogether. Cutting down on alcohol has really helped with my gut issues as well as adding kefir to my diet. I’m on a low dose antidepressant plus a sedative to help me sleep. I know it’s not ideal, I’m 68, diagnosed with depression at 56 and have been on a antidepressant since then and a sedative since 58. I know it’s not ideal but I’ve had so many years of abuse from my mother , some physical but it’s mostly been emotional and psychological. I only take a sedative if needed.

    Grass fed meat has over 70 thousand unique compounds, phytonutrients, polyphenols, tocopherols, carotinoids, and organic acids, like stachydrine, hippuric acid, citric acid, and succinic acid, that increase gut diversity. I think different diets work for different people. There’s a diet called eat right for your blood type. I never liked meat, even as a child I preferred vegetables. Lived in Australia for 10 years and the meat there compared to the meat in New Zealand was very poor quality so I stopped eating red meat, ate some free range chicken . My cousin said everyone should eat meat then she bought the blood type diet book. My blood type is A and according to this diet, A is supposed to be mostly vegetarian, we can have a little chicken and fish. Type 0, the original blood type is supposed to be meat based which she is. Whether you are positive or negative does not matter when it comes to diet. I’d be interested to know what blood type you are.

What is the parasite that actually helps you get rid of belly fat and insulin resistance? I have found that even peas raise my blood sugar significantly. How to get around this with type 2 Diabetes? I hate not being able to enjoy some of the fruits and vegetables I love. I can't have butternut squash, even black soy beans raise my blood sugar. Whole grains give me depression, but I love oatmeal, but cannot have it. I do drink a homemade kefir just about every day and I eat some sauerkraut, kimchee and some yogurt occasionally. I make my own L.Reuteri fermented dairy. I hear from Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr. Norton that vegetables are trying to kill us. I am greatly confused, and my body has diabetes. No. 1 enemy is sugar, you already got rid of most by quitting grain and processed crap...good job! Coffee with GRASS FED BUTTER a little salt and if you wish Allulose sweetens a little too and does not mess with your insulin or glucose...they have it on the shelf now as "Rx Sugar" and it really is! My fasting glucose came down 4 points after using one package about 1 pound of allulose. I've had similar problems....gotta get RID of STRESS. get good sleep and MOVE...can't be too sedentary. Stress is a lot of it...walking daily will help. I was pre-diabetic from interrupted sleep and not enough moving because of pain. They say 5 days of improper sleep can put one into a pre diabetic condition.
      Also maybe cut back on Oxalate foods like cacao or almonds. Teas (most) are high oxalate as well. Oxalates gave me issues and I found answers through Sally K. Norton'S book TOXIC SUPERFOODS They are not likely as issue. but might be too.
      Berries seem okay, but I question the SUGAR effect...might stop all berries for two weeks and see, IDK but do experiment.
      After I got rid of BREAD and pasta and cereal and ALL THAT STUFF that WE LOVE, (I miss pizza and cold beer though)...LOL...but after I won the sugar/grain battle it became clear, my body did the best on MEAT....fermented dairy PLAIN no sugar added greek yogurt *still has sugar content*, Kimchi and Kraut, cheeses and whatever the world gives me on that line.
      I found that I thrive best on RED MEAT from ruminant animals i.e. Bison BEEF Deer Elk Goat Lamb etc...pork does not hit the spot, don't like it much, although bacon is good with eggs!
      A lot of folks forget about the little fishes too! We do well with sardines and salmon and seafood etc...cod liver oil.

      Fiber does not get broken down and ingested in the human body. We don’t have the enzymes to break them down. That’s why a doctor will recommend more fiber because all the body wants to do is expel it as quickly as possible. The body can’t use it. Very little if any nutrition is absorbed from carbohydrates, which ultimately cause leaky gut.
