I noticed the reason the whole lotr cast get along so well is cuz for some odd reason they are all so humble n down to earth non materialistic type. They all vibrate on same energy frequency
Just imagine how much impact whole lotr cast made to everyone worldwide that even after 25 years they still crazy for them Goes to show they did their job good👏
Thank you so much for posting this. My family got covid the week of FanX and had to stay home. While it’s just a small portion of FanX, it’s great to enjoy these panels.
I'm really sad I couldn't go due to cost. Elijah Wood as Frodo had meant a lot to me so it was unfortunate but I'm glad you posted this. I don't think I stopped laughing 😂
I was in the Q&A line for this panel, and they had a hard cut off line. The pre-prepared question I had in my mind was: “Are there any hidden details about your Lord of the Rings characters that have never been shared before that you can reveal now?” And, the volunteers had a hard cut off, so they cut off, and I was six people behind. The next day I get a photo with Elijah Wood, and I get to ask him my panel question, and he was stumped. His eyes narrowed a little, and he said. “I don’t know, so much has already been revealed. I honestly couldn’t tell you.” At FanX, celebrities charge for autographs and pictures and stuff, they request to come to FanX, and they walk away with a chunk of change. Luckily for me, I walk away with a free autograph from Dominic Mohnaghan the first night, never got to ask my panel question, but I thanked him for being a part of LOST, because it kept me grounded at a very, very bad time in my life.
Too bad that he couldn't answer your question, but at least you can be happy with the fact that you stumped one of the most talkative guys around! Probably not often he's been asked that
I loved the "when will you wear wigs" prank so much, I included a subtle homage to it in my own series of books. 💪😎✌️ I'll be shocked if anyone ever finds precisely where it is, though.
"Nobody here has heard this story" as if we haven't all seen all of the Hobbits' panels! Anyway was great to hear it again. Billy tells it so well too.
I got to meet those four nasty Hobbitses at FanX. Had them sign my Extended Edition box set. Right at the beginning of this video, they mention the wig thing. When I met Elijah, I asked him, "Do you wear wigs?" and he replied, "Sometimes I do." They were all really nice guys. Sean, especially, loves his fans.
The Fellowship actors is a form of Band of Brothers. 'We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he to day that sheds his blood with me, shall be my brother.' This is so endearing. The Lord of the Rings is the greatest trilogy in history. Some say it's "the Star Wars of our Generation" but they have it backwards to me. When those two laugh I feel like they're back at Isengard sitting on a field of victory "feasting and smoking!" "Who's going to be Orlando?" I died 😂
Did John finally 'confirmed' they are ACTUALLY closer than ever to bring back SLIDERS? Jerry and him have been trying for at least 15 years! I really hope so. SLIDERS was my youth...
Too bad Billy's not part of the MCU multiverse. As a Sliders fan, I bet he'd like it. I think Sliders may have been the second alternate universe show I ever watched, after the TMNT cartoon with dimention X and all that.
15:51 "...an island in the middle of the Pacific..." Let me get this straight. You, of all people, want to galavant off to a small island in the Pacific? ARE YOU FLYING OCEANIC?
I noticed the reason the whole lotr cast get along so well is cuz for some odd reason they are all so humble n down to earth non materialistic type. They all vibrate on same energy frequency
I'm so happy to see John Rhys Davies here! 🥰🥰
Just imagine how much impact whole lotr cast made to everyone worldwide that even after 25 years they still crazy for them
Goes to show they did their job good👏
I love listening to John Rhys-Davies speak, so much wisdom and such a kind soul
A living legend
Yea and I loved him as the Brine King in Aquaman.
John Rhys-Davies giving me grandpa vibes and story time ♥️♥️♥️
I'll NEVER get tired of seeing these guys and hearing their stories.
John Rhys-Davies is a living legend. Let’s all cherish him while he’s here. 🙏🏻
LMAO I'm dying at Billy's "What do my elvish eyes see?" mimicking Legolas and posed like Orlando. Brilliant stuff.
"I'm building a time machine, I have been for a while." -Billy Boyd lol
Thank you so much for posting this! I was the person who asked the question at 23:14 ! These guys are amazing to listen to and talk to!
Great question you gave!

20+ years and still going strong, shows how much of an impact these movies had or have on people

More to come! Stay tuned!
Im so happy this is watchable! I was so sad when I missed this panel!
18:53 funniest moment, when Billy pretends to be Orlando 😂🤣🤣🤣 excellent imitation
The lord of the rings still has a special place in my heart, even 20 years later...
Oh my gosh, they just make me laugh so so much. What delightful people they truly are. 😄 Thank you for posting this!! I love them so much.
I attended this panel and in person 23:30 what by far the best part. The video does not do it justice 😂
“Keep breathing!”
Thank you so much for posting this. My family got covid the week of FanX and had to stay home. While it’s just a small portion of FanX, it’s great to enjoy these panels.
amazing these guys are still doing panels so many years ago.
I'm really sad I couldn't go due to cost. Elijah Wood as Frodo had meant a lot to me so it was unfortunate but I'm glad you posted this. I don't think I stopped laughing 😂
I really wanted to see this panel but was unable to attend, thank you so much for posting this! 😊
Our pleasure!
John's impression of gimli is so amazing i hope he returns to play gimli in hunt for gollum

I could listen to John Rhys-Davies for hours.
Even after all these years?
Yes

Frodo's laugh at Pippin's time machine kills me 😂

Great upload.
I really miss The Friendship Onion.
John Rhys Davies gives me life.
What beautiful humans John is just an absolute gem what an awesome guy
6:03 only learned that through the 'all PJ cameos' video on youtube :D
Billy Boyd is fantastic. What a delightful guy.

El gran John Rhys Davies 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I think Frodo still has the ring... virtually ageless
John Rhys Davies is an absolute legend on every level.
Nobody tosses a Hobbit!
Wow! He even got them in the height and the scale of the hobbits! The special effects is wild!😂
It's incredible!
The crowd sounds like bunch of nazguls screaming XD
Wigs must be mentioned
"No matter where I am in the world" 😂
The way Elijah just takes out his phone and casually calls Sean Astin out of his contacts.
lol!
Pippin is drunk and merry is on something. Great to see them.
The pictures over the mantle are Bilbo's parents 😊
Did John finally 'confirmed' they are ACTUALLY closer than ever to bring back SLIDERS? Jerry and him have been trying for at least 15 years! I really hope so. SLIDERS was my youth...
It's really funny how someone in the audience will always scream when any of them mentions pretty much anything, such as a band or a film XD
Awesome! Is john rhys davies taking the substance? That
I liked Sliders, too.
Fkn Bless Gimli ! ❤
Too bad Billy's not part of the MCU multiverse. As a Sliders fan, I bet he'd like it.

My friends, you bow to no one!
Possible answer to Billy's question about Darling Duck, you turn sync off on your phone. 😉
SWORD AND AXE!

Oh boy! Tolkien HATED the Beatles. 😂
Ohhh
Whatever happened to the Friendship Onion?
I read on their website awhile ago that they were pausing for awhile for other commitments, I guess to go on tour like this.
The production company went bankrupt and owe Billy and Dom money.
Don't know why they can't just start a new podcast though.
Weren’t they all chosen because they all kind of look like hobbits in real life?
they are actually hobbits in my mind
what a horrible setup. no sofa, bad lighting. this gives a cold and distant impression.
And the host is all the way to one side talking to guests on the other side of the stage...
At first glance i thought this was RoP related and got mad...😅
They don't deserve that title. Never will they deserve it.
What happened to Monaghan’s voice???
Shoutout @provostparkpass
He's the best in the biz!
