when it comes to assigning staff to workspaces usually I’ll assign my keepers to certain zones, like I’ll have Africa keepers assigned to “Africa work zone” and Asia keepers assigned to “Asia workzone” all other staff being caretakers/vet staff/mechanics/etc are assigned to the entirety of my zoo under one big work zone titled “zoo” or something like that, makes managing a little easier, if that all makes sense 😂 (also it’s easier to have multiple keepers assigned to a group of exhibits instead of assigning multiple keepers to one exhibit, a little more cost effective)

I like to building a Huge Tropical House with 4 Big Habitats for 4 Apes (Lar Gibbon/White-Handed Gibbon, Chimpanzee,
Bornean Orangutan and Western Lowland Gorilla) and I call it APE HOUSE.🐵🦧🦍🌴🌺

Maybe I misunderstood, but were your gibsons supposed to climb over food plaza after a playhouse? if so, don't forget to place your food court inside the null fencing, to avoid escape notifications.
To make your staff happy you have to give them minimum three star training, usually I give store staff and caretakes the full five. (cost the least)
Yes, they are supposed to climb it! Once I figure out how to make them climb the bars, I'll extend the null barrier 😁
