Shinobido was so hard done by with the reviews. Very little understanding of what the game was. Total tenchu spiritual successor with a ton of replayability. Was perfect for handheld gaming
The vita was such an awesome hand held that Sony gave up on way too fast… I still play mine every day and in fact I have two of them one that’s hacked and one that is not- I would have three if I hadn’t of sold my original back in 2018 like a dumb ass because it was in mint condition, the joysticks had never even been touched by thumbs because I had put joystick covers on it from opening it brand new! A lot of the games I had physical copies of also go for upwards of $200 now
Considering your list I can suggest couple of hidden gems which went unnoticed by you somehow. 1) Disgaea 3. 2) Utawarerumo mask of - both games. 3) Persona 4 golden. 4) Dungeon travelers. 5) Odin sphere. 6) Wipeout 2048. 7) Muv-luv alternative. p.s. games are not ranked here, that just order they came to my head.
Not all of your games here are "hidden" Persona 4 Golden is probably the most popular game on the PS Vita and after Persona 5 everyone knows about Persona even people who never touched a JRPG before. Disgaea is probably one of the more "known" tactical JRPG titles out there, Odin Sphere and Wipeout 2048 we can argue about some people would call them hidden gems others wouldn't. Utawarerumo, Dungeon Travaler and Muv-luv are the only games I can definitely say are hidden gems and very good games at that, sadly I liked the other 15 games I listed more but if I do another hidden gem PS Vita Video I might put these games in there.
@al_RetroMania same with half of your list. p.s. Dungeon Travelers is by far the best dungeon crawler on vita, that's literally a consensus in community. And Muv-luv is one of the most famost vn overall and the most famost vn on vita by far. Odin sphere is the most known game of it's genre on vita, not sure who would argue with that. The only game I listed which can be arguably called a hidden gem is Utawarerumono, it is very well known, but underpresented in top lists despite being arguably the best game on vita.
@@amai2307it's not really the same with most his list. Your list of "hidden gems" contained persona 4, possibly the most popular and famous vita game of all time. And numerous other of the best selling vita games ever. You've clearly misunderstood the point of the video.
@@eoghan375 the point of video was to put up his list of favorite games and to add "hidden gem" words to title to confuse search engine and to increase views. No?
I think Ray Gigant had a limited run release, Grand Kingdom has a physical release, Zero Escape has one, I think Escape Plan is digital only, the Neptunia games have all physical releases, Shinobido 2 had a physical release, Death Mark has one I don't remember every single game so Google it up but I think a good chunk of them should have a physical release.

Too damn lazy (read dumb) to actually play the zero escape games but you should at least watch the let's play vids on TH-cam. They're just about as good as any series on Hulu
They are not that hard, yeah some puzzles can be complex and can take a while to solve but once you do you feel like a genius, is a great feeling. If you are stuck in some of them you can always look up a guide and see what needs to be done, I rarely used it but yes, I also did search up help here and there if I wasn't sure what to do next. If you enjoy them watching and not playing that's fine, I don't want to force people playing them. Enjoy them how you like it, I just say no one is perfect, I also needed help in couple of segments in these games, is not a shame to look up guides if you are stuck for hours and you can't solve the puzzle.
Nice to somebody still have love for the vita in 2023,keep up the good work bro.VITA 4 ever🖖👍🔥
DemonGaze and GrandKindom caught my attention 🤔
Both amazing games!
I appreciate how these are all truly obscure gems.
10:18 what game is that
Great video!A second art would be great.
Thanks!

Yeah Shinobido 2 was great, I wouldn't say my favorite Vita game but I do agree that some game journalists didn't understood the point of the game.
Really nice video keep up the good work🤘😎
Thanks you!
Amazing video with a lot of good options to play

Yeah the Vita was a awesome system! One of my favorite handhelds ever made. ❤️
you know i may have found you through the discord server but dang i have just found some more games i want to look into . . .
Good to hear that! That's why top lists and specially hidden gem videos are for.

Persona 4 is anything but a "hidden" gem. It's like the entire reason anyone even bought a vita 😂
Nice video! As a collector I would like to know for every game presented if it has a physical edition also!

Is the ps vita can play even w/o wifi?
Yes
Keep it up man
Darkest dungeon too
That game is not a hidden gem. It's in a lot of top 100 lists. A hidden gem is a game that's overlooked and underrated.
All those RPGs should've been better if half of them is not turn base. I mean it's fun but it's better to utilise all the vita feature as well.
I rarely go anywhere without my vita, it’s such an under appreciated gem
