Wicked!! Totally.... Eerie With The Flashlight Almost Like Something Pulling From The Batteries.... But This Was A Great Tour, Reminding Me Of Abandoned Apartments In Inglewood, CA. And Exploring Those Many Years Ago .... ❤

Looks like at one point they were planning to update/remodel the place judging by the exposed framing and gutted bathroom. Condemning an entire complex because some of the residents were involved with illegal activities seems odd and unfair to law abiding residents.
Those apartments could be rehabbed since its brick construction. However people want newer nice places. Looks like wood construction between floors. I lived in an apartment similar style built in 1972. To much noise. Creaky floors and stomping sounds all day. The layout was nice. Just had to leave couldn’t sleep
Plenty of ways in! Apartment complexes always give me the heebie jeebies…just seems much more likely to be home to squatters who don’t want you in there. Give me a big ole abandoned factory or warehouse any day!
I agree unfortunately, especially given the location this property is in. Behind this property is actually a homeless encampment, and I am sure once the weather gets colder they will all head inside the building and start making homes in the units.
I can't believe you got a whole abandoned apartment complexes around where you live
We have a lot of abandoned apartment complexes!
Those apartments are nice. I hope a new owner takes it over soon.

I am glad you liked it. My partner and I thought it was weird how the flashlight kept flickering and our equipment was acting up.
Believe this use to be the old Sunbury Gardens apartment complex. Use to be a beautiful complex back before it went abandoned.
From the old photo of the property in this video, it looked beautiful back in the day
I agree! It still looks similar to how it did back then. Just wish people would protect the property.
Came across your video and subscribed to your channel. Really enjoyed your abandoned video!

I was thinking the same thing.

It's a horrible thing for places like this too sit and rot away. When with a little investment someone would have a home!😮
I 100% agree, sad to see a property like this with so much potential go to waste and rot away! Thanks so much for your comment and viewership
Scrapped out😮
Cool place. Really creepy yet amazing place. 😊
It was so cool to explore! But I did keep feeling like someone could have been there with us
What a waste , I know plenty of people that would give their left arm for a place to call home & this place rots away. Shameful
I know these apartments! I checked them out years ago. The property is for sale -- or used to be.
You are correct, these apartments were for sale a few years back. Not sure what happened after they were shutdown by the city.
Thought this was Little Rock, Arkansas! We have an apartment complex that looks just like this one. Was shut down years ago.
Is it even legal to evict people based on the illegal actions of residents? I don't think so ...
Awesome ❤video ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for support 🙂

Got tons of factories on the list of next places to explore! Thanks for watching and thank you for your comment.
Awesome!!
Hey I have one of those Sentras too.
Dope vid !
Watching from Japan 🇯🇵 .
Give this place another year and I am sure it will turn into squatters haven.
