    He's living the dream. Mr Vandeweerd surely must have mastered the language. Mandarin?
    Such a difficult language to learn, would non bilingual English speakers be able to live there?
    And his accent is more Chinese sounding than Dutch I think.

    The interviewer needs to learn how to listen, not interrupting him all the time, and speak less and shall not offer his own views to override the interviewee. This is common problem of Chinese reporters.

      Joe ExtraKnow He's "interrupting" by voicing his affirmation of what is being said, and to put a time limit on each answer. You can't fault an interviewer for structuring an exchange into a proper interview. 😝
