HRs are very important; but in its current shape they are not effective in most orgs. There is a reason why people feel that HRs are organising rangoli sand no work. That reason is disconnect. Not sure how an HR can achieve anything without having connect with people.
I started working as an associate IT offshore recruiter. Currently doing mba but not sure on how things will turn out for me. The placements are devastated due to covid. Not sure if i’ll get a job let alone, related to my interest.

Well it's good only..getting so high salary for just making rangoli..Where as engineers and developers only working their asses off..Good to be an HR manager than typical IT guy
