    • @KJ-ek2ze
      @KJ-ek2ze หลายเดือนก่อน +16

      He is 100% overrated. More than half of Shavkats fame comes from Laura Sanko spazzing out about him. His performance against wonder boy is damn near the same as Belals yet Shavkat is treated like he is the dream fighter and Belal gets shate on.

      @KJ-ek2ze หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @The-Underground-Man of course they can whether you like it or not. He isn't just judged based who is current competition is, we have seen great fighters, put on proper displays of superior skills and toughness. Denying his hype is not the same as denying his real status as no 1 contender. It would be like the fastest man retired 10 years ago, but his record still stands, it hasn't been beaten. But there is a new runner winning gold. Now the new guy is a winner, but if he can't surpass the record setter he shouldn't be given that type of hype.

    • @shark1140
      @shark1140 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Before today, shavkat had just done what I could do, which had been all finishes. Even he was not really hyped up himself. Just people put him up a lot because of his career. He just said I deserved to get a title match. That's it.

    2:10 When calling Belal to the octagon Shavkat used "ainalayim" that translates from kazakh as "darling"/"dear". A very light-hearted and friendly way to call out the belt holder.

      Im gonna sound like a hater but I promise you all I'm not.
      Belal or jdm smoke shavkhat. His 18 finishes look nice but when you look closer at his level of competition in the ufc it's not all that great.
      His last 4 fights
      Ian garry (competitive fight and respect to shavkhat for winning)
      Stephen thompson who's always had issues in the grappling department
      He had the war with Geoff neal and was getting tagged
      Neil magny the gatekeeper (sorry neil)
      If jdm defends the takedowns he WHOOPS shavkat cause his hands are 10 times better.
      Belal can beat him anywhere. On the feet or the ground.
      Again not trying to sound like a hater I'm just more so responding to that top comment about shavkat's lackluster performance

      @@Silentkidgaming I don't know why but I am still skeptical of Khamzat. He is awesome in some aspects, but after what I have seen from Burns and Usman fight, I find it hard to believe that Khamzat is a five rounds fighter. It is a good thing that he is finishing fights before that, so good on him. Wrestling hard for five rounds is extremely gruelling on cardio. Cardio is why I am skeptical about Khamzat. Other than that, he is a high level fighter of course.

      Ion's only concistant success in the striking was leg kicks he was landing a lot of them but he wasn't landing anything memorable with his boxing, and his jab was none existent....and he also threw a lot of high kicks that were always blocked.
