I can’t get over the fact that she gave her license and registration and stopped for the cop‼️ there is some mental issues there! I say the pit maneuver on this incident should’ve not been done. Only where traffic is clear for it to be done. The only thing saving people in the other lane was the barricade and it could’ve killed three or four people if that barricade wasn’t there. Play stupid games you get stupid surprises.
What people in the comment section don't realize is that if they had of ended the pursuit because it was a residential area. It would have picked up later ending the same way.
Why don't you go get a life, or go learn the law! You don't lose your right to life and Liberty and freedom you don't go through a scenario where there's no holds barred against you and anything can happen against you cuz you didn't pull over for a traffic violation keep in mind traffic violations are not American law that is Military Tribunal law that's why they called infractions
So you think the cops are wrong to chase her because someone might get hit. Fair point, but do you think someone who is dumb enough to run from the cops is just going to meander through neighborhoods at the correct speed limit. Now that is diabolical thinking, or not thinking at all.
First off if the cop would have never started chasing her after she ran, she most likely would have stopped speeding on the highway, and never went into the neighborhood. Did you ever think about that? The cop did not have to chase the woman she had all the information she needed, it was all ego on the cops part. Why would you hit someone at 120 mph on a busy highway I think it is diabolical.
State troopers in arkansas can Pit vehicles over 100 mph or at any speed it's there Job bro, you should look more into arkansas state police before making assumptions saying its ego, they have multiple pursuits in some cases the same thing happened are u going to says its those cops ego too, you make no sense an if u run there is no such as calling off a chase when it comes to arkansas state police that's what they're trained to do it's their Job
Nobody’s saying the citizen shouldn’t be held accountable what we’re saying is or what I’m saying is why chase someone that you have their license you have the plate of the car the make of the car no need to chase. It’s just putting innocent people at risk for no reason in my opinion.
@ I get it it we don’t chase for most minor infractions but the bad guys know the well play book as well so now they are committing crimes based off of well they won’t pursue us. The bad guys have to be held accountable as well for their decisions as well. This is why everyone’s insurance rates are going up. The car thefts the car jackings etc. I guarantee you if victims started suing the suspects civilly as well as restitution they might think twice. This driver has to take some responsibility as well in this decision. Like seriously it’s American 🇺🇸 she would have been out in 16hrs or less on her own recognizance
You realize state troopers will do whatever it takes to stop or prevent suspects from escaping or attempting to escape by motor vehicle by any means nessceary and no it has nothing to do with ego at all, plus in arkansas the state troopers pit vehicles over 100 mph all the time and or at any speed dont run from the police if u can't handle the consequences just that simple.
She became an astronaut and got launched into space. But I gotta say that fleeing driver can really drive that thing. I wouldn’t get that crazy in a family sedan.
Lexus ES 350. That model year had the V6 with about 268 horsepower. Newer ones (2024) have about 300 horsepower. After getting the plate and registration they still chased because the car could be stolen or have fake plates/reg and the driver could’ve handed over a fake/stolen license and registration. With fake/stolen papers the cops wouldn’t be able to find the driver if she got away and ditched the car. That’s indeed a “family sedan” Lexus which is pretty speedy when there’s only 1 person inside weighing it down.
What do you mean blaming law-enforcement? What did I blame? Law enforcement for law enforcement was speeding through that residential neighborhood chasing somebody correct when law enforcement did not even have to chase the person putting innocent people at risk correct law enforcement did Pitt maneuver a person at 120 mph correct Wow innocent people were driving by on the highway. I don’t condone running from the police, but I don’t condone police putting innocent people at risk when they don’t have to. This is my opinion you have yours. Both parties were in the wrong opinion. This all could’ve been avoided if the person would’ve just took it to her ticket. But the cop did not have to chase. She had a choice. She chose to chase and see what the result was.
See my other comment separately. That model Lexus ES 350 has a V6. And that model year (that generation/version) had about 268 horsepower. Newer ones (for example the 2024 current new version) have about 300 horsepower.
I don't agree with people running, but if it's just a regular traffic stop and they got the plates, why put other people in danger to keep pursuing. Also that pit maneuver was around other vehicles
@@drz400sm5 was there drugs and guns? And even like that ...they have their info, if you kill someone to pursue someone who has not committed a crime...that the cops know of...why? This is not warranted, be smart about it.
We have to question what is the purpose of the pit maneuver and why it is used at 120 mph where a car crash is almost guaranteed to cause death also when you put the car there's no telling where that car might end up and who else who's not involved in your ego-driven police chase good be damaged
do you think police are to aggressive in these police chases sometime?
Yess 😢
Yes I believe so. This one put to many other people at risk
They're pretty stupid when it comes to their ego
Yeah she's dead. 90mph sideways flipped over and ejected from a ES300?? No way she survives that

Criminals need to be stopped and held accountable. Its not a free for all.
Good point! But what about the innocent people being put at risk 🤔 for a simple speeding ticket
What people in the comment section don't realize is that if they had of ended the pursuit because it was a residential area. It would have picked up later ending the same way.
Once you decide to run, all bets are off. You're literally playing with fire.
I don’t disagree with you on that
All bets being off should be reserved for police chases when it comes to murders and etc.. You already have the info no point in chasing.
Why don't you go get a life, or go learn the law! Just obey the law. No issues. FAFO.
That police charger has a 5.7 V8 supercharged
No, naturally aspirated 5.7 Hemi.
Are you sure it’s supercharged?
Awd right
@tlitesworld 5.7 Hemi, non supercharged, AWD. They're decently quick but pretty heavy with all the gear. I believe it's a Durango.
@hoost3056 thank you.
Don't run from the cops
That’s definitely 👍 a smart thing not to do
That’s crazy fast in a residential neighborhood.
Big facts
Arkansas ASP never gives up a chase
I starting too see now

I hope no kids in that car too. Damn that’s to fast for a pit with that many people around.
I totally agree. Very risky
If their were kids in the car, it would have ended differently.
When did woman get an ego? Must be a cop thing. 😂😂😂
😂
While most police won’t chase for minor crimes where is the citizen accountability??

Anytime those turn signals are used, there caught 💯

ES350 302hp DOCH V6, same engine used in the lotus Emira V6, minus the supercharger ❤
Thanks for sharing this information 🙏 I appreciate you
Pitt by law should not used from between 35-45 mpg 120 is insane
Is that the law my friend?
Officer Emily decided that a chase and a big pit was the only way to go.
I thought her name was amber🤔

Flexes has a v6 3.8
