She's kicking her own azz because she hates herself (Elisabeth). Sue is the physical manifestation of that hatred. They are one, it only makes sense Sue would hate Elisabeth too.
it’s not about the her younger version being the prettiest body ever. it’s about the fact that this body is younger and prettier than HER current body. the whole point is that she feels sooo bad about herself and has such low self esteem that she’s just happy to have a body that she considers better than her current one. even if it’s not by much.
Been going through substance reactions after it blasted my face off a few days ago and happy I found Cam's channel through here. The current event stuff is pretty on point
Some former 300 lb guy saying Margeret Qualley, who regularly plays hot girls in Hollywood movies in real life, is not hot enough to be a Hollywood hot girl? What am I even looking at here.
@@aperson4640 you completely misinterpreted what we were saying. We said several times that she is beautiful. I'm just saying for the role of being the perfect version of Demi Moore it did not fit
@@TwoScoopsXD It's wild to watch a movie that's overtly about unrealistic beauty expectations put upon women and then looking at the beautiful starlet of the movie who has had every imperfection removed with prosthetics, VFX, and makeup and still saying she isn't perfect. Literal parody comment.
This is the most horrific movie I've ever seen. In spite of this, Demi Moore deserves an Oscar nomination for Best Actress. Her performance is incredible!
I need more Black American/African American or African diaspora to put "Black" in the title. Makes it easier to find my people. Cute memes, good sound and editing. PS I have "Black" playlists of Hunger Games, Twilight and a few others.
You do know that a lot of movies use prostethics with nudity, in this was one it was also. The 2 actresses are awesome. As a woman i loved the movie. In the theatre me and fellow women actually laughed at the freaky stuff😅
LOVE ME MY LITTLE FREAKY FILMS this one of my favorites of the decade so far for me. In your face, no punches pulled, dark satire on the revolting standards of society. Heavily disagree with yalls opinion on the last act(love me some good, bloody gore and hilarity all in one). To quote Garth Marenghi- “I know writers that use subtext, and they are all cowards”
No she is perfect! You think like it has to be a hot woman. But those are mostly older... No she looks young also for her age and wearing the pink and glitters makes her even younger. Like we say men want too young women almost girls.... in that type of world... it is the perfect representation.
A movie nobody asked for
And yet I love it

The end was so extreme because when she finally accepted and liked herself (ElisaSue) ... everyone else hated and feared her.
You guys are very funny but man sometimes you gotta stop talking over so much stuff and let the scenes breathe!

23:00 honestly in terms of the vulnerability i've shown on the podcast, this clip barely scratches the surface lmao

I picked a chill one and one I already had saved
they are one! and if you think about self hate being manifested in a different way, this movie is it

The love i have for this movie knows no bounds
Thought this was a unique take on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
I’d say it’s closer to Dorian gray
@@daniellebreitstein5581 That too!
There was definitely some David Cronenberg influence at the last 30 minutes.
i love how throughout this reaction we're intermittently baffled by each other's asides

You guys have a reaction to I saw the TV Glow? When is it coming out? I love that movie! :D
It will be on Cam's channel if she ever edits it
