we Lebanese actually eat the liver raw. serve it with white onion, mint leaves, salt and Lebanese 5 spice (or use garam masala) and use Lebanese bread (or pita) make small mouthfuls and ensure the meat is cold as possible. we serve this with Arak (you can use oozou too) aniseed liquor
