Damage to targets out of cover. It’s a straight 10% damage buff to targets not hiding in cover. Basically Equivalent to having an extra 10% weapon damage increase.

Every time a build contains the nija bike backpack I can stop watching. I am shd level 1000 now and I still have to see one from afar...I have every other exotic in the GLP in abundance, but this one hides from me.
