OSRS Ice Warriors Wilderness Slayer Safespot

So many wilderness slayer monsters can be safespotted. The Ice Warrior is no exception.
Many existing guides show a safespot location ideal for a cannon - but what if you don't have one?
This guide will go over how to EASILY safespot Ice Warriors in the Wilderness for your Wilderness Slayer Task. Mage is optimal, but Range works well too.
