That may be a "touristic" hair saloon. Normally it's around $2 for a basic male hair cut
Fun fact: Sri Lanka is much older than 75 years. Lol 😂. Yes, 73 years since independence from British. But SL existed as an island nation/kingdom long before British came to Sri Lanka. Kingdom ‘Sinhalaya’ is at least 2000-2500 years old (Official sources).
