MSRP is $17.5k. There are some incentives from Triumph. I basically paid MSRP and the incentive covered dealer and prep fees. However, the dealer gave me a good deal on my trade in which is where the "negotiations" happened. I told them I would pay MSRP if they hit my trade in ask and they did. So I can't really say what I ultimately paid but agree they will negotiate based on the trade in offer.

I love that graphic. Any issues with heat blowing out the radiator fans. Seems like a common complaint. I’m between this or the 1200.

@RandomGRK I felt the heat. The day I picked it up it was 88 F. I had lighter pants on and I felt it. Just moving knees out from the bike cooled things down. I rode it that night also and temp dropped to 65 F. Then the heat was nice to warm things up. I do not feel the heat riding with motorcycle pants. So the heat is there but I don't think it will be a major problem, just a nuisance sometime when it is really hot out. In deciding between this and the 1200 I would think tne 1200 is better for long road rides, two up or a lot of gear. The 900 has the power and is comfortable and can do some off roading. You don't give up much with the 900 but the 1200 is more for touring.

@@masbaoutdoors5353 I test rode on last weekend and definitely felt the heat on my knees. So much so I opted to get Husky Norden Expedition but my next bike will be a Tiger 1200 Rally Pro for long touring in next few years as I loved the fit and finish as well as how bike performs I just can't have the heat generation that the 900 gives...

@allenfilipowicz8369 the Norden Expedition is a great bike. I was very close to choosing that instead. I am sure you will enjoy that!

Thanks for you thoughts and insights. I think I'm probably going to pull the trigger and buy one and if you don't mind me asking what were you able to purchase it for? I'm told here in Florida this month is a really slow selling month and dealers are willing to negotiate but I don't want to feel like I'm low balling. I did see a Cycle Trader ad where one new was listed at $14,995 but not sure if that included prep and freight. Thanks!

Wait what was the issue with getting the F900gs? It’s hard to get in the US?

@cpercival02 There is no availability of the Enduro version and very few of any other version. The BMW dealer could not provide an estimated delivery if I ordered one, and they spent a week trying to get an answer. I couldn't even ride one to see how I liked it, so I decided not to wait.

@@masbaoutdoors5353 oh wow. Thank you for that. Here I am thinking I could order one. Assuming they’re in stock. I. Red to go have a talk with my dealer today. Because I’m looking for a particular make and model. But I did not know they were hard to come by. With that said the tiger 900 rally pro was my next option. My only issue is that the dealers are few and far between where I live. Thanks for that heads up. Nice bike as well. I love how the buttons are backlit. That’s a really nice attention to detail. I wish other manufacturers would take note!
