Every time I watch you guys fish makes me wanna drop what I’m doing and go fishing. Then when I get out there reality sets in and realize bass fishing is hard especially catching something over 2lbs on the cape fear river.
Okay DC, I am from Alabama, I now live in Indiana...and in both states I have always just went to the tap for water....apart from that if I need to purchase water, I buy a gallon of distilled (purified) water from Walmart...for $154....that solves both your issues...taste and cost. Love watching you guys...and enjoy your videos.
In the Water Quality Business here. The different companies all add certain amounts of minerals to the water after whatever purifying process they use. They want theirs to taste different. Some are actually healthier than others which is not determined by price. Most of that is marketing. As always, great content!!
lol i got so much money i accidentally bought 2 houses. i clicked just to make this comment. you know all your gonna watch is trolling zig zags staring at a screen.
Tunica lake, Ferguson lake, and Whittington put out nice bags on the Mississippi River down here in Mississippi. We have Ferguson on the BFL schedule this year
Lol, come on Brett. DC is the #1 'Ologist on the internet 🤣 also Cizzle is excellent Behind the camera and by that I mean hilarious. My favorite water is Icelantic, never seen any yet but I bet it's 🔥 🤣😂 keep up the good work Boys!
I just my first freeloader order, 2 colors and a white clean up craw, hoping to get out there soon, nothing much happening in Vermont yet, you guys are so fun to watch
The Mississippi River at the Port of Vicksburg has some good bass in it. Throw creature baits and lizards around barges and let them sink vertically on a heavy weight with your reel disengaged. You almost want a punching rig setup with a 3/4 to 1 ounce weight. Once it gets to the bottom of the barge those bass will come running out from the shade to bust it and will about snatch the rod out of your hand! Those are some of these strongest bass you will ever fight. But you better have a good braid line on bc when the current pushes your lure towards barge that rusted metal will cut flouro and mono in a heartbeat, it’s like a razor blade and sometimes you won’t even have realized it cut it before you start to reel
I actually watched the rick n bubba podcast. You do good and being engaged forsure. Giving alot of hope to some of us. Ditched a normal 9-5 for to work in the family welding shop and pursue the kayak tournament side of things. Very inspirational DC 🙏🙏🙏🤘🏻🤘🏻
I fished a National Championship on the Mississippi River out of Greenville (Lake Ferguson) and it is the most intimidating place I’ve ever fished!!! But did catch a few small fish (Kentucky’s) off the jetties. Finished third but caught most of my keepers in Ferguson.
I fished FLW Memphis in 2000. We fished the river all the time from Memphis 60 miles north and 150 miles south. Some of the best bass fishing used to be had there until Asian carp invasion.
Casey's country pro tip: you can order breakfast pizza all day. Time it on the app when you're about 20min away so it's fresh when ya get there Body armor water does taste the best, glacier mist from Menards is also dang tasty
You guys crack me up…lol. I watch a few on the trail and I think you have a great podcast maybe the best, which is going to explode in subs. I could see you doubling in a year. Keep the content fun and catch the bass. Congratulations on the win!
Good Luck to you and the Crew this upcoming week. Great Video as always. Love the content!! Many years ago people were saying someday water would cost more then gas and it has happened.
I’ve caught some bass on the Louisiana side, it’s in all flooded ponds. I don’t know if you consider that the Mississippi River but the fish are fed in there from the Mississippi.
i live near Memphis i grew up fishing the Ms. river often putting in right by the pyramid. When the river stage is right we could whack the bass. However, since the asian carp invasion that has been ruined i still try it from time to time and struggle to muster up a few good bites.
Mississippi River is in my backyard by Baton Rouge, LA. Only time I can catch a bass in it is when the water gets in the woods and on the levees. Mississippi River in Venice, LA is world class for bass under 3lbs😂😂
I'm excited to see what ya'll do on Eufaula. I fished a BFL regional there last year. First time I'd been on the lake. Caught over 50 fish, had 1 scoreable out of all of them. Nothing but dinks.
Ya ready for it DC… the worst water is any water purified… the best water is Chippewa spring water from up here in the great Northern state of Wisconsin!
Caseys just came in to Arkansas in the last couple of years when they bought out Mapco. And back in the early 80's one of my bosses was a member of the Davis Island Hunting Club. It is about 6 miles south of Vicksburg on the Louisiana side. It had several huge ponds on it that were full of large green fish. They were said to have gotten there when the river flooded the island. You had to get there by boat or if the river was bad low and you had a tall 4X4 you could get to it. So I would say yes to your question. I know they are there and they do bite.
The best water is the spring water. All of those others are basically filtered tap water. But the spring water has a much better taste because it doesnt have all the chemicals in it.
Deer Park spring water is the best, all the others have fluoride, fluorides in your tooth paste too, thats why it says on the tooth paste bottle not to swallow. lol but its in the drinking water.
Just watched the video. You make me laugh meeting you at the hollow. I have been just drinking diet mt dew for 50 years no water. Great job again guys. P.A. OLD GUY
Let me say this. My best friend is an operator at the water treatment plant here in north Alabama and they’ve ran test on some of the main brands and the water they treat is way better than those bottled waters but if you must drink bottled water I think they said Fiji water is the purest. Aquafina and Dasani is the worst. I’ll stick to sundrop lol
DC, hey dudes. They are fantastic at travel. I like Wally’s for travel. For the boat I like Wally mids. I also like their flips. It’s 2024, why are you tying your shoes??
Memphis tap is 119% the best. Zepher hills Florida is pretty good for Florida water. We just pick “spring” whatever over purified etc. better than redbull or cellcius…
I'd hang with you any day any time but i want Mark to win one you can come in second just this one time make the points im wanting for your Fishman of the year trophy because you are the best fisherman have been for quite a while now. You guys did the right thing booking two houses in Oklahoma. If one gets blown away by a tornado, you have a backup plan.
How can someone not be subscribed to one of the best personalities in fishing? I love the content you, and Mark Daniels Jr puts out constantly
Agreed
mark and DC are legit and wholesome
You bust me up . 😂 When you retire from fishing you could be a stand up comedian. So much fun to watch your videos. Good luck d.c.

I'm so glad you said water bothers you like that, it does me the same way and no one believes me..
All water def ain’t the same
I’m with you DC
Same boat with you DC, Dasani and Aquafina both give me that heartburn feeling
I just my first freeloader order, 2 colors and a white clean up craw, hoping to get out there soon, nothing much happening in Vermont yet, you guys are so fun to watch

Rick and bubba ROCKS
I fished a National Championship on the Mississippi River out of Greenville (Lake Ferguson) and it is the most intimidating place I’ve ever fished!!! But did catch a few small fish (Kentucky’s) off the jetties. Finished third but caught most of my keepers in Ferguson.

Whop whop might be the funniest shit I’ve ever heard from MDJ, but DC man that Casey’s pizza is a whop whop
Not below Memphis, I crush them on the Mississippi at the MLF tournaments in LaCrosse, WI doink them constantly! Ironically on the freeloader 🛎️🎣
The Mississippi River has great bass fishing south of Memphis near Tunica, MS
Scott Martin won a bass tournament on the Mississippi River at the Gulf of Mexico
I fished FLW Memphis in 2000. We fished the river all the time from Memphis 60 miles north and 150 miles south. Some of the best bass fishing used to be had there until Asian carp invasion.
Yes that’s where I fish my tournaments is on the Mississippi River

Evian the best in my opinion, it's my go to always.

Good Luck to you and the Crew this upcoming week. Great Video as always. Love the content!! Many years ago people were saying someday water would cost more then gas and it has happened.

“Gently used, professionally owned, like new.” Great boat 91k lmao
Another awesome video. Thanks DC.
Good luck at OK Eufaula!

Notice DC is starting to rock the " Dad Bod " Got that Dad Bod Ponch going on. #fatherhood
Mountain Valley spring water, in the green glass bottles, is the best bottled water I ever had.
Switch over to Smart Water!!! Great for hot days!!!
Ya ready for it DC… the worst water is any water purified… the best water is Chippewa spring water from up here in the great Northern state of Wisconsin!
Poland springs water from maine. Get it when your in the northeast
Now just keep coming a little more west, and head north until you get into the good fish! LOL
Give em heck DC!!
Look up FLW tournament out of Memphis I think in 1999. It was a great tournament
Big W travel log! DC's turn Jacob!
Tap water buddy, its still better than drinking it from the garden hose ....if ya know ya know...
Damn Skippy
I have caught many bass south of Memphis in sloughs off the Mississippi River. Mark Rose got his start in Memphis ask him about it

Looks like a big co2 tank

Just watched the video. You make me laugh meeting you at the hollow. I have been just drinking diet mt dew for 50 years no water. Great job again guys. P.A. OLD GUY
I caught the crabs under the bridge crossing the Mississippi River, lol 😅...catch'um up DC, great video Bret..keep'um coming.
The oversized load looked like a 25k halvorsen loader like we use in the military carrying equipment.
Dasani and Aquafina are both filtered by reverse osmosis which lowers the ph and makes it more acidic.
Solomon shoes with the quick lace system. Never look back.
Agree with Dustin
Paying for water!
Dog... caseys breakfast pizza is in its own league... own world.., aint nothing competing with it... flat out the best!
Dasani is more acidic! There is a difference in waters in PH levels for sure! I’m a arrowhead guy
Let me say this. My best friend is an operator at the water treatment plant here in north Alabama and they’ve ran test on some of the main brands and the water they treat is way better than those bottled waters but if you must drink bottled water I think they said Fiji water is the purest. It’s a pre heater for asphalt it goes goes first in front of the paver
Solve the laces problem with Olukai Nohea boat shoes. JW wears their sandals and they’re awesome
The headquarters for Casey’s is in Des Moines IA
Northern Chill is the Best I've heard, personally I drink what ever.
DC, hey dudes. They are fantastic at travel. I like Wally’s for travel. For the boat I like Wally mids. I also like their flips. It’s 2024, why are you tying your shoes??
Do bar pits count? When the river is low the bar pits inside the levees are hot! Have caught bass in the bar pits in the Baton Rouge area.
ngl that walmart filitered water hits the smoothest
Fiji 90% of the time but when my local store has Aquafina 24pk 2 for $7 I definitely load up on them
Great value drinking water🔥
The on cloud shoes come with elastic shoe strings that make them slip ons. Never tie them. You had to put the strings in them
2020 I went to Memphis and I fished right around that bridge you drove over and didn’t catch a lick or even get a nibble.
Memphis tap is 119% the best. Zepher hills Florida is pretty good for Florida water. We just pick “spring” whatever over purified etc. better than redbull or cellcius…
My man has the best fishing content on YT🔥💪
I'd hang with you any day any time but i want Mark to win one you can come in second just this one time make the points im wanting for your Fishman of the year trophy because you are the best fisherman have been for quite a while now. I have caught many bass in the Ms River.
Sorry, I love Dasani water, it's my fav. The worst, IMO, is Arrowhead, it's got a weird after taste. :-)
Best water you get most places around here is Maine's Poland Springs
"Daddy with a trophy!" Man, oh man. The true American dream lol
I have caught a bass on Mississippi River below st. Louis
Hey DC don’t confuse fishing line with your shoe laces! lol
We love that breakfast pizza at Casey’s here in Nebraska!
im right next to st louis and the only thing i have caught is like 10 small ones from the mississippi
Arrowhead, bad... smart water never disappoints
Hahaha caught them in St Louis. Best place was near New Orleans!
Poland springs ftw😂😂
