I have a question. Does art style matter in AP drawing? I have a more anime-influenced style and realism isn't my strong suit. I like to focus more on character illustration and less realism, but I'm afraid that it will lower my score if I use a more "anime" art style. I asked my art teacher what exactly they are looking for in a portfolio and he answered "They are looking for 'you'." which is such a vague answer lmao-

The one with the friends the concept can be about how a part of your identity is the influence of friends and it warps, expands, changes your perspective that you are used to or grew up in.

i don’t think you can take 2D twice, so I took Drawing instead but it’s basically the same thing!
