    Accepting fault may trouble in appraisal because tht could act as a wepons when u talk about the good work. Please explain this in brief

      I am requesting to make this a habit and accept the fault when it happens during the year and during the appraisal that mistake would count lesser since you admitted it yourself rather than someone else coming and blaming you. Apart from this I also recommend that one should display their value with their work such that the organisation fears them leaving if they don’t get a good appraisal.

      I’m sure that if the fault discussion comes up during the appraisal there would also be a justification about it, as to why it happened and what corrective measures were taken. The idea is that in mind of the management the employee should not be seen as someone who hides bad news or escapes fault. This would make them more positive or less negative about you in general.

    Sir I am working as pharmacist in medical store from 6 years. But now I am trying to get production company job because of good stability but my age 30. is this approach would good for my future or not.

      That's not a bad thought. Retail is a tough industry, if you can go up the chain, great.
      30 is considered very young. Be ready to learn and work heard.

    I have 5 years career gap. My qualification is BCA+MBA. I am into HR profession. A recruiter salary starts at 18K & when switching to other company, it's maximum 50% not more than that. Asking more hike may lead to job loss i.e not a good idea.

    Sab company ko experience aadmi chaiye job ke liye. Toh jitne student padh kr pass out hota hai usko job kon dega. Jab usko job hee nahe milega toh experience kaha se aayega. Government ko rules bana na hoga sabhi company ko 40% freshers lene ke liye
