  • In late September 2021 I once again tried the London Transport Roulette. This time however, not everything went exactly to planned...but still a very interesting route we took!
We started in Potters Bar. Where will we end up? Place your bets and watch until the end to find out!
Join me in this video where we traverse the tube map from the Tube to the Thameslink to the far suburbs of London!
The latest version of my Python program is available here:

If you wanted to continue to Paddington, you could've got National Rail to Marylebone then gone two stops northbound on the Bakerloo Line to Paddington from Marylebone

I’d just missed a National Rail train at Harrow on the Hill annoyingly, I saw one going past at Northwood. They’re every hour so I didn’t fancy waiting that long! Alternatively I could have got the 182 to Wembley then LNWR to Euston and Circle line to Paddington, but there didn’t seem much point as it wasn’t really a quick route.

You should have gone to Northwood Hills. Northwood was 14 stops from Barbican

Great Portland Street was closed on the day I filmed this video - I think I discounted it.

I just found your videos of this game, What is your app you created and is it public?

I created a program on Python that uses a sequence of random numbers to generate modes of transport, stops etc. It’s not public at the moment, I’m not sure what the best way to distribute it is.
