Can you clear that you said that note taking directly from book is inefficiant so what is the alternative to that if we're doing the chapter first time how do we correctly learn the chapter and plan our revision?
Yeah so note taking in itself is inefficient if you do it passively, what i’d personally do is first understand the topic conceptually (by watching videos and using textbooks) and then make flash cards of it ~ you can take notes but it’s a bit time consuming and ineffective. Besides you can refer to the notes you take in class later on if you need to.
There’s also something called making notes with the book closed. In that you make your own notes from memory of what you learnt about that topic, and then revisit and write whatever you missed out on.
@@ahyankhan9860 ok i get it so if there is this chapter of circular motion i read and understand the book by videos etc and then make flashcards of important information
Yeah so for circular motion I’d watch a video on the whole chapter and if you really have to take some notes - but the best way to master that topic is by making flash cards and then doing past papers on it
Could you please reconfirm a doubt which i have regarding the ms. Like for eg: Ms says a smaller impulse change and we write a smaller change in momentum. Does this count as the mark as impulse and change in momentum are both alternative words of each other I = Delta P
Impulse is change in momentum, that’s what you wrote, you’ll get the mark, the examiner really doesn’t care what you write they only care about whether you understand the concept which you answered correctly so you’ll get the mark
