This is an effective setup. I use a pair of Mag-Lite XL50 flashlights with a very similar bar mount as you and my rear light is a Blackburn Mars 3, which is an excellent choice and very bright.
The Mag-Lite XL 50 is very similar to the XL200 but the strobe isn't adjustable. I don't always need both lamps but I sometimes have one strobing with the other on steady-burn. However, when both are used it's insanely bright. Using good quality LED flashlights is a great idea.
    Nice setup :)

What do you call that mounting you used for the handlebar?

Try a FourSevens or a Fenix or an Olight flashlight. Those are all very versatile, highly functional, extremely bright pocket-sized flashlights with multi-mode settings including strobe. Great lights for the money.

You will get a cleaner, smoother, pure white beam and spill of light with those brands without any artifacts, dark spots or rings in the beam. They use high-quality LEDs in their lights. I have over 2 dozen of various brands including Surefire and those other brands I mentioned and I rely on them everyday.

Love it! Best practical bike I owned. You can exercise with it or use for commute! Lightweight and really quick. It rolls so easy.
