    K Raheja Corp ignoring complaints regarding misutilisation of funds and construction defects at Raheja Vistas Premiere Pune. Water and Electricity issues persist. Residents frustrated; seeking redressal.

    Rather than go by the publicity video, it is prudent to talk to one of the residents of Towers 12 and 13 to understand the issues of poor and unprofessional facility management, construction defects, flooding during heavy rains, no municipality water, no borewells, voltage fluctuations. Amenities expected to be very crowded in future with more than 1500 apartments expected to use it. Very high maintenance costs.....

      I made my friend buy d 22nd floor 3.5 bhk which has east and west open in 2 crores 5 lakhs 3 years ago and now people are willing to buy it in 3.5 crores.
      Name one project in pune which has given so much appreciation and which doesnt have the above mentioned issues.
      Theres only 1 genuine issue and that is maintainance other than that its nice.

    I think maintenance charges are around 6-8k per month

    Two years ago it was quoting 75L, today , Sept 23, it is 110L. So stop cribbing. Cheers.

    Arrogant senior sales and manipulation in rates with each client if you go through channel partners your discount is more than going directly each agreement value differs so before you purchase from them do your homework proper or you will end up paying more

    Don’t fall in this publicity trap .... I’m an owner of a flat in the same complex . The material and workmanship used is substandard and contacting the Raheja representatives in Pune is like banging your head against a brick wall.
    I am yet to come across a single satisfied resident in my tower..
    All of us bought our flats because of the Raheja name and have been sorely disappointed .
    Apart from tiles falling off walls, doors hanging off frames and cracked marble flooring in every flat , there are electricity and water problems which Raheja refuses to address.
    Please talk to a genuine existing owner before you even think of buying one of these .

    A sad tale of tall promises . They showcase the amenities, but donot tell you that about the 4000 people that are going to use them. Prospective buyers should talk to existing residents before buying. I bet anyone can find a single satisfied resident. Falling walls, seepages, broken marbles, shoddy workmanship all in the name of Raheja and Premiere living. Don't waste your hard earned money on this. Exorbitant maintenance charged. And surprise your 3 year maintenance is used up in 2 years.
