This Arc concept on terrace is awesome and so useful. This should become a normal in all upcoming projects everywhere to add value and make the best use of the space.

You get a very good 3bhk for less then 90 lacs in the surrounding area. While the project is very good, it is highly overpriced. And most important, all surrounding societies are very much dependent on tankers for water supply.

As someone who was in Marina bay sands singapore 2 weeks before and after coming back checked out this masterpiece a week ago. This is just as good or perhaps better than marina bay sands 🤩 The video is amazing but it still doesn't do justice to this beautiful place .. It's gonna be the most prestigious society of Pune in years to come 😀
How does 2 acres of private forest and 200 acres of reserved forest add up to 650 acres of forest ???? Also are the stray dogs in the video, the fauna residents can view every day ? Calling a a squash court a squash arena and what is an Olympic half size pool ? How can you call an empty restaurant space a functioning restaurant ? People can figure things out without the finger in the video. Too much of a hard sell imho :)
