Life goes on , ya' gotta do what ya' gotta do . Projects sometimes have to take a back seat . All in due time . Nice bit of progress on the tractor !

Did you notice any difference removing the water pump and going back to the thermo siphon the tractor was originally built with? I have the same tractor and it runs on the hot side (up to 220f) while mowing or rotatilling. I was thinking about some sort of electric circulation pump

I think the original design was better than adding the pump. Just adding distilled water made the biggest improvement.

@@Halffast719 O.K. thanks for getting back to me. I'll try the distilled water first and see if that makes a difference. I suppose the original engineers must have known what they were doing! Thanks again!

Hi Halffadt719. Covid seems to have affected the supplies of distilled water. The couple of stores I went to had empty shelves. Flushed out the anti freeze and went with straight well water. Much better. After 2 hours of heavy brush hogging it ran 15 to 20 degrees cooler. I'll try the distilled as soon as I can find some. Hope you and yours are staying healthy.
      Thanks!

Yeah we’re good. Im glad that works better. It’s weird because my Walmart has full shelves of distilled water but low on drinking water.
