INGREDIENTS:
- Swiss cheese
- Gouda cheese
- Gruyere cheese
- Sourdough bread
- Butter
RECIPE:
1. Butter one side of both slices of sourdough. SO MUCH BUTTER!!
2. Grate a large pile of each of the cheeses.
3. Place one slice of the bread butter side down on a pan and pile on the cheese. Lots of cheese.
4. Place the other slice of bread butter side up and compress it all together.
5. Cook until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side the same.
6. Serve on a plate and cut in half - ตลก

So, the first Swiss cheese they showed is called Emmentaler. And Gruyère is actually also a Swiss cheese (my favorite one)
