Recipe from: • How to Make Mushroom S...
Ingredients:
400 g of mushrooms
1/2 of a red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
2 cornichons
4 pickled onions
1 tablespoon of capers
1 pinch of paprika
1 bunch of parsley
Recipe:
1. Throw mushrooms into a pan with medium heat and no olive oil (NOT YET!!!)
2. Finely slice garlic and onion, then throw em' into the pan too
3. Season with salt, pepper, and finally...OLIVE OIL
4. Finely slice your pickled onions and cornichons, and along with your capers, throw em all into the pan
5. Finely slice the stems of parsley
6. Add in Vegan Creme Fresh along with some water to give it consistency
7. Roughly chop parsley leaves and throw it into the pan
8. Serve with rice and enjoy :) - ตลก
