Why do her animations have so much work put into them? Priscilla even has facial expressions when attacking! I think that this video is more or less proof that she was intended to be a Maiden in Black type character.
I don't typically join covenants unless it's something I feel really strongly about lore-wise, but if Priscilla had an optional covenant like Nito or Gwyndolin, then I think I would actually join it.
To Seath the Scaleless, she is an abomination, she isn't the dragon he seeks. He only wants a vessel to bore it's dragon child, not a hybrid that cannot breed a an ancient dragon. Her blood is impure and thus is an abomination to everyone except for the viewer.
So I've long thought the fur on Priscilla was just an overcoat given the way it hangs. Now seeing that her legs are completely hairless and not attached to the fur (plus no fur on her hands) and the way the bottom of it folds when she sits down seemingly confirms it. She's not furry, she's just wearing a long-sleeved fur coat with an extra sleeve near the bottom for her tail.
I figured that she just used some of her own shed fur (or cut her fur when it got too long) to make a coat for herself to dress properly. Then again, that would be weird to technically wear oneself.
If FromSoftware gives two shit other than a quick buck they'll put it in the Remastered version. Adding stuff they weren't able to due to time or money constraint, Like that Shiva of the east quest. Probably not..

Man, *three years* after I first watched this and I'm still amazed by Priscilla's unique animations. Honestly, why doesn't someone make a mod in the game allowing Priscilla to be your ally? They could even mod a whole mechanic of you finding her doll first, then you go back and give it to her and, as a result, she can now be summoned and help you in certain boss fights. I tried looking for something similar, but I haven't found anything. :( So much potential with mods these days, and yet...
Awwwww I remember trying to lay the doll item in front of her because I actually thought the players could give it back to her, it made all the sense in my head (since Snuggly the Crow has that mechanic of laying items in the floor for interacting), but got immensely disappointed when I found out the doll can't be dropped from inventory... I was expecting something in the lines of her thanking us players after retrieving the doll and maybe telling us we're welcome now in the Painted World to hang around as long as we wanted to (I know we can, but having explicit permission from Priscilla would make it nicer) If they ever do a remake of DS1 (I really hope so, crossing fingers) they better add more stuff for Priscilla, it's a must!

Those guus have a policy to never stray too much from what the original game presented, at most only adding one minor thing or two. I rhink this kind of FULL ENTIRE revamp would need the dedication of FromSoft and Miyazaki, but those guys are now focused on something else and would rather let Dark Souls stay the way it is.

That would be superior. I know they moved to other projects out of the Soul series, but one can only dream, right?

Crestfallen yeh I usually dislike killing her myself but my friends usually end up doing it so I'm just like your going to hell for hurting best souls girl. She blows snow at players to blind them as she leaps away and goes invisible. Her boss fight is pretty similar to Frieda. Except Priscilla is easy to kill.
I've actually triggered the frozen breath animation once while trying to see if i can attack her and jump out of the painting at the same time. She got kinda bugged and didnt use her attack voiceline then she proceed to spam the breath attack on me thought it was smt rare but turns it its unused
