- The video shows how to connect a weight transmitter with a load cell and how to adjust output signal (4~20mA). Check purchase links down below👇👇👇

Nice information
Thank you
Hi, do we need the weight transmitter to set up the weight monitoring system?
What if we use 4, 6, or 8 load cells, like on the weighbridge. How we do calibration ? Please make tutorial video for that 🙏🙏
for the equation why you not multiply span with 4 ? as you can see in your video the minimum output signal is 4mA but without multiply by 4 you get 0.32mA . how that make sense if 2kg equal to 0.32mA if the minimum is 4 mA?
plis explain
Hi, to see the measurements that the load cell gives on a PC, do I need to connect an interface between the weight transmitter and the PC?
1. Your transmitter needs to be digital output, such as modbus protocol output, it usually uses RS232 interface to connect to PC;
2. You need monitoring software. After setting the corresponding communication parameters, read the data with reference to the content of the protocol.
does it work with HX711?
Great! But How to add more Load Cells?
How to check digital and analog load cells for metrological compliance
Can you explain calibration with regard to weighing instruments:
Voltage calibration
Count calibration
Mass calibration
Тhe video shows how to calibrate the S type load cell in compression mode. What about tension mode? What will the output be if you apply tension on the load cell? Will it start from 4ma and go down or go up? If it goes down, will it reach minus values?
I'm currently trying to think of a way to calibrate a load cell in a Siemens PLC setup.
what if we use voltage output only, 0-5v
HI, When i try this my plc just tells me the weight is 2 kg (max of my loadcell) even i span and zero there is no fluction in current. how can i fix this
If you purchased the transmitter from ato.com, please email to us and inform that the order number has described the problem you encountered. It would be better if you can provide a video or picture. Our after-sales engineer will contact you. www.ato.com/contactus
I got negative output. What should i do
Reverse the wiring positions of S + and S-.
@@automationwork5904 I've tried. It works
