    Nice, I would suggest you add a tongue and groove joint / rib details. It will add more stability to build taller walls.

    OMG, your killing me. At 5:30 when you add the title, "Filling the forms", please put that bucket in the gap on the table, and quit the step, twist, bend routine for every single cup of fill. As a man who has done 10,000 repetitive (documented) repetitive actions in a single shift, may I offer that your wear and tear will greatly decrease when you twist/bend 3-4 times instead of 70-90 to achieve the same numbers of bricks. I like your PVC tamper. Bright. The filling idea is also very useful, in that you can use liquids or sands to achieve the same stabilizing action.

      mas cemento mas pega y es mas duro ademas de que la humedad no se va mas, recomiendo un lijado al agua con grano 60 80 antes de aplicarlo, mescla concreto comun para ladrillo ceramico

      I used clay and Portland cement. I should have used more sand in my mix. There are some awesome vides how to correctly check your correct clay ratio.

    What keeps the bottles from filling with dirt, wasp nests, etc., since they don't have caps?

      You can put small plants in there that would help keep insects and other pests away or you can keep the water in there if you want or remove it and seal the hole off with clear glue or something to that effect.

      I made those from pink poly foam insulation board from the hardware store. used a hole saw bit to make the holes.

    Wow, cool bricks. But talk about a long and laborious process! It seems like it takes more than an hour to make one brick. That's maybe, what, 8 bricks a day? How long will it take to build a house that way?
