Hi! I originally planned to upload this on private just for myself, cuz I really liked your covers of the calamity OST and wanted to learn them myself, but stopped reading sheet music some years ago. I noticed there wasn't a Midi format video of them on yt, and decided to make them public in case anyone needs them. I reuploaded Stained, Brutal Calamity and ROTJD a year ago, and the devourer mix just now, fully crediting you on all three. If you want them taken down just let me know. However, people seem to practice learning by the midi format as it keeps getting views
@@punishing_birb notice how the bass notes and the melody never plays a new note at the same time, so it was both supposed played with all left hand and the notes are actually held with pedal. the midi just shows it this way because it was converted directly from the sheet music which is notated as such so i can make it clear which one is the melody and which is bass, though it was clear from the sheet music which notes are supposed to be pedaled from. the midi doesn't show this at all.
9:14 on beat 1 in the C#m7 bar in the guitar sounding part. I'm suprised unamed boi used an inverse F# minor third (A4 & F#5) instead of C# and F# as thats what would 'generally be chosen in the right hand, definitely sounds good
Actually, that A and F# in the RH melody are exactly what DM DOKURO wrote at that point in the original piece. Technically speaking, both notes are accented neighbor tones that resolve down to G# and E. Using an A in the lower line of the duet creates a more melodically smooth contour than if it were C#. The lower voice moves away from and back to G# by steps instead of the skips you would get if the A was replaced by C#. Plus, the end result is more harmonically lush. It’s really beautiful writing from DM DOKURO.
I am aware this is originally unnamed boi’s and you are just uploading it in midi format But if you are to ever upload something like this again I would recommend somehow separating the two voices (different colours idk) to make it easier to learn. Other than that, great work!
practice is all, as long as you can reach octaves on both hands, it is agonizing, but totally worth it (i only have gotten to the middle of the introduction after 6 days.)

I know how to play it with only one arm, just cut a few notes, it is still the same thing but less details
