Smriti Zubin Irani is an Indian politician and former actress, fashion model and producer.
She is a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha representing Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.
She made her acting debut in the year 2000 with TV series like Aatish and Hum Hain Kal, Aaj Aur Kal.
She became a household name as her series Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was
one of the most popular TV soap operas. She is now a prominent personality in Bharatiya Janta Party.
In the 2019 Indian general election, she defeated Rahul Gandhi, the country's principal
opposition leader and the president of Indian National Congress, to win the Amethi seat.
She was born as Smriti Malhotra, the daughter of a half-Punjabi, half-Maharashtrian Hindu father,
Ajay Kumar Malhotra, and a Bengali Hindu mother, Shibani née Bagchi.
Smriti was educated at the Holy Child Auxilium School, New Delhi, which is run by Catholic nuns.
Later, she enrolled in School of Open Learning at University of Delhi.
Smriti Irani is currently the youngest minister in the cabinet of Narendra Modi.
She is also the first woman to hold office as the Union Minister for Human Resource Development
and Union Minister of Textiles.

Felt like a real general conversation between two people rather than an interview with a set of questions. Liked that she didn't shy away or hide that she got beaten or has beaten boys. Politicians are so careful in giving such information but she didn't care. Noticed how the interview started so formally but by the end of the interview, she was so casual and showed her street-smart side. I really like her for being upfront and for her oratory skills not only in Hindi but in English as well. Really nice concept but need to have a lot of patience to see these slow interviews. Good job!

She saw many ups and downs in her life but she never got emotional or a break down while sharing them, the moment she spoke about Shushant Singh Rajput.. She Burst into tears. That says a lot. That tells how he touched so many lives at so many levels. And hurt she was after hearing that he Passed away.

Perhaps the most beautiful conversation I've seen. Never been a fan of Smriti's, but saw her through new eyes. Knew of Neelesh only through his mesmerizing voice recounting stories on the radio, but am completely riveted by how his gentle, 'slow' approach can elicit such depth, candor and emotion in the other person. In this day of 'shorts' and reels', saw the entire 2.5 hours in one go! Hats off to both of you.... this is a masterpiece👌

Sushant did not commit suicide, he was murdered and his seek of justice fight is still going on, please please please ask her not to at least express the grief in a wrong direction, I also respect her but sushant is a different level of connection and we are fighting for his justice since his murder, almost around 3 years

I used to always see your interviews in fast forward motion but this interview was so emotional and i was so gripped towards the screen that i kept watching without pausing for a minute. I judged her for some other reason but after hearing this my perception towards Smriti has changed completely. What a fiery woman is she and I really loved the way the she said that politics is not inhuman and and is not that bad as its been portrayed. Please do more of such videos Neelesh jus fab and fab.

I doubt if You r really talking about SUSHANT because if u did aapko pata hota WORK is his least concern and He couldn't ever commit suicide. MORE THN THAT U R PART OF RULLING PARTY N ASSOCIATED WITH SUSHANT Not sure if u got the time to watch the pictures or videos that very clearly show its not suicide so under no angle ur suggestion khud ko mat Marna n mentioning it here like this makes sense. She was lying to the teeth about Sushant. She was wiping tears Jo aaye bhi nahi. Amit Saad worked with him in Kai Po Che and the time when Sush was killed, there was no mention of them being in touch.

Thanks Neelesh Misra ji for allowing your guest to pour out her heart. Equally heart-breaking was the news of not recognizing the pioneering effort of your father in Canada. It filled me with deep anguish. Life, at times, can be very unfair.
