It's honestly the most powerful part of Junkrat's kit, the absolute psychological anguish he puts onto everyone on the enemy team is his best aspect

yeah but cause and effect is a thing and if u wanna buff the boop instead of nerfing the passive to tanks you’ll just bully dps and supports even more an then u wouldn’t even bother the tank at that point
@zackeatsworld Good. He kinda sucks rn, he doesn't provide much defensive utility to his team, his offensive utility in speed isnt as important now (queen has her own speed boost, rein charge is better than it was, and Overrun exists for Mauga), and even Beat isn't the ultimate it used to be. I've had several games where I'll beat my team and all 700HP is gone in quite literally 2 seconds.
His heals stink, his damage is only good in dueling combos, his speed boost has become outdated, beat has become outdated, bodyguard Lucio is outclassed by Brig or LW, and his displacement style is so much less powerful than it used to be bc of the tank passive.
He's not even a GREAT duelist anymore, give the man SOMETHING. He's the Doomfist of Supports rn, where he can work if youre really good at him, but evaporates if you make the tiniest mistake.

When you said the mercy mafia is powerful, I felt that. No group of players can get Blizzard to balance their game like Mercy players.
People joke about that a lot, but Mercy actually feels terrible to play as a character, she has so little agency in a game it's unreal. Blizzard took away the only skill expression she had and she is literally just a 50/50 winrate character now. Mercy players complain because Blizzard doesn't understand the character and balances the character in the wrong way.
They literally can bully devs into releasing things early, it's actually insane and I fear the mercy mafia

That Zelda Twilight voice is on point for mercy
Beat dealing damage if you land on someone should 100% return. They added Dva’s mech recall damage and they kept the shatter dealing massive damage up close, so I really don’t see why they didn’t keep Lucio’s. It’s hard to land, so it would only be situational, but on the odd occasion you pull it off, it would be so satisfying.
