Sorry to hear that you lost the farm. Yes a couple of key requirements is to have your own land, if possible and if a partner, someone who has the same long term vision. Unfortunate the owner of land did not give you at least six month notice (two weeks was really cruel) as takes time to sell the animals and material you have on the land. Things always happen for a reason. Hope your new business venture goes well as you are a good hearted person and the new path will be brighter. God Bless the sponsor for your limb.
