Ukraine: UNHCR supports LWF shelter program in Kharkiv

LWF & UNHCR are helping to rebuild Kharkiv, one family at at time!
In Kharkiv, Ukraine, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is supporting a Lutheran World Federation (LWF) shelter program to reconstruct and rehabilitate 525 apartments that were destroyed during the war. More than 1,500 Ukrainians will be able to return home this December, as the LWF continues work on an additional 1,500 apartments in 2024.
