This was amazing!!! I had a very fussy baby this morning, who wouldn’t let me put her down for my core rehab work, so I popped this video on, and now she’s asleep AND I did my PP movement! Major win win! Thank you so much. ❤️
6 weeks postpartum recovering from a 3rd degree tear, this was just the right level to get to, time-wise and everything! And my baby was asleep the whole time!
I LOVED this workout, thank you for providing the freedom to workout with a clingy baby!! I live in an apartment complex with a gym…finally tried wearing him on the treadmill and it went great! This helped finish off the workout and feel a great burn and sweat from my little 16lb weighted vest. You got me through my pregnancy, and now you’re helping me see the light in postpartum. For the last 2 months I’ve been on power walks with bb but somehow it doesn’t feel the same. For a while I was trying to workout after he went to sleep but then I’d get to bed too late and be caught in a loop of exhaustion. This is the Goldilocks option- having fun trying to do it together! Thank you again Jessica for all the content you produce.
Dear Jessica, your videos are so helpful to me, thanks to you I have been able to dedicate some quality time to my body and my mind! I love the standing workouts as I enjoy working out at the park and don't always bring a mat along. More of those would be welcome! Also more arm workouts without equipment for the same reason ;) Thank you for everything you do for all the mamas out there in need of a bit of motivation to get exercising!

Most often I offer modifications for the beginning and then you can progress as you heal and become stronger. A good p place to start is the Diastasis Recti playlist (even if you don’t have DR) then move to the regular postpartum playlist and challenges when you feel ready! 💞 congratulations on your baby!

After how many days of normal delivery we can start working out
Ask your doctor when you are cleared for postpartum exercises. Usually clearance is 4-6 weeks after normal delivery no complications 💞
