Pork Sandwich
2 lb pork tenderloin
1 pkg of ranch dressing mix
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1 sm jar of peppers and liquid (pick your fav - try Pepperoncini)
1 onion sliced * optional, cook on high for 3-4 hours in slow cooker
serve on crusty rolls topped with mozzarella
Pasta Salad
8 oz thin spaghetti, halved
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*optional 1 cup Salami slices. pepperoni or chicken cut into small pieces
