Bhai last year EaseMyTrip se maine tickets liye the. But tabhi india me lockdown laga and flights were cancelled. Now it's been more than 1 year and my money have not been refunded. Personal experience se bata rha EaseMyTrip customer support is pathetic.
March 2020 k trip ko reschedule kiya October 2020 me and they took rescheduling charges of around 16k ..and finally October ka airlines v Malaysian airlines ne cancel kar diya. And EaseMyTrip is not at all supportive in refunding my money. All they say is sir airlines ne hi nai return kiya to hum kya kare .. EaseMyTrip is pathetic
