You found their petty cash drawer. Good find. Lesson is to never throw out what we think is useless paper or cards. You proved it to us. Congrats, Jack. Wish you found thousands for going through the rat poop.
I started buying storage units about 2 years ago. My last storage unit I bought in December for 10 whole dollars. I ended up finding 1000 bucks in coins 13 jars full then when I finished I found 4000 bucks in cash in a duffel bag
I'm happy for you! How exciting to be blessed! I love to hear your thankfulness in your voice. If I were younger and able, I would do this! Good luck with your future finds!
I said the same thing. I made my husband listen to some of your videos and explained that the sound was calming. The other reason I’m such a fan is I love your sense of humour
Please work safely! Your health is precious! It's been fun watching this series of unboxing. I look forward to more and more! I'm so glad I found your channel. God Bless!
Locking nuts that's a big unit when you showed like the back of it going that way oh my God that's a lot of stuff we're going to see more videos of that may be part 6 7 and 8 good treasure hunting hope you find good stuff can't wait to see the next video all the way from Spain much love God bless you and your family
Unbelievable there more stuffs than ever before it's going to take some days to clear out the storage unit but at least your uncover valuable treasures and unexpected amazing surprises that truly a jackpot love the video awesome
Yesss treasures!! ✨😊🍀 I love treasures 😋.. think you could sell the juwelry for a decent price 🙃 can't wait for the next video 😊 thanks for sharing your day ☀️
You deserve an award for going through all that rat crap! Seriously, I mean it. I wished I kept my son’s transformers, he-man action figures (he had everything including the castle) plus his baseball cards. Who knew they would be worth anything.
The painting with the buildings is what used to be called "starving artist" or "sofa art", i.e. a decorator piece sold in the 60s or 70s in a department store somewhere. Some random painter in Hong Kong or elsewhere churned a pile of the same painting out.
Hi - I have watched your storage videos several times but I was shocked when you started to empty the tan two part storage case and saw a news paper article picture of my mother. I had to rewind it three times and laugh to know that some one from your area would first of all know her and then keep an article about her. Notice ; Ann Atwater Civil Rights Activist of the 60's from Durham North Carolina -recent movie about her "The Best of Enemies". Just in view for a second in the waste can from the top of the metal 2 part storage.
Just because it's behind glass doesn't mean a picture is a print - but even if it is it could be a lithograph or a limited edition. For example, I have a numbered print I bought in the 1980s for about $10 which is now worth about $600 and another I bought in 1976 for $15 (still has price on the back) which is worth $1800. So get someone to look at those "prints" - if someone thought they were worth framing behind glass they could be worth something.
I have been watching your videos now for almost a year. I really enjoy them. I love the way you are so enthusiastic regardless of wether you make a profit or a loss. I also like your voice too. I wish you every success for the future. Hope you make your fortune soon x from Carole in Darlington UK. Birthplace of the railways
I think the reference on the back of the picture is to J. M. W. Turner 1775 - 1851 - English landscape artist renowned for his atmospheric seascapes. Your picture maybe after his style?
The painting by Dodie is painted by Delores (Dodie) Maxwell and is worth good money because she passed away in 2017 and collectors of her work would pay for it. If that painting by Marcelle is actually by Marcel Duchamp it’s worth a lot of money. Signed prints can also be worth a good bit depending upon the artist.
It's most likely factory art, not all of this type was done in china, or Korea etc. That most likely came from a furniture store as an accessory item. Most , but not all, original artwork with any value is on wooden stretchers and would be Linen canvas or maybe Cotton.. Usually older stretchers have an age patina and the artist sometimes writes on the wood Old artwork is also fixed to the stretchers with tacks, not staples there are often special metal devices in the frame corners to tighten the canvas. I'm not an expert ,but I spent forty years as a picture framer and have had a lot of experience in framing, re framing and restoring old frames and some artwork. Any type of artwork can be tricky to evaluate but those pictures were fairly obvious. Cheers, Rik Spector P.S. , I saw that cash and went"WoW", Good for you!
I wanted to tell you about Replacements, LTD they sell china and glassware, like eBay for plates. I wonder if the number on the back is an auction #. I could handle about anything in s storage locker except change. I hate the smell and feel.
WATS UP JACK. AWESOME FINDS SO FAR, ULL DO WE'LL FROM THIS UNIT, &GETTING THE CASH AWSOME, I'D SAY THIS GUY WHO HAD THE UNIT WAZ A HORADER, 4SURE. KEEP B'N LUCKY. BEST REGARDS FROM TREVOR IN DUBLIN IRELAND 🍀 🍀 🍀
Here's a suggestion for what it's worth. Get a hold of a reliable scrapper and when you have a unit that has items like junk or broken metal cabinets, fans, or old electronics, give him a call to see if he would like the junk. It'll save you some time and money instead of hauling it to the landfill.
Hi Mr. Locker Nuts I'm so excited to about this series. I just can't wait for the next video to see what you find inside this Locker. And then you have another Locker and by the same guy that you're going to go through. All the treasures that you are finding is amazing and I have a feeling it's only going to get better. You deserve this because you work really hard to make us good videos even when the content in a locker isn't all the bells and whistles and fancy finds. It's because you make a good video you make it entertaining you deserve all the goodness that's going to come out of both these lockers. I hope I don't sound silly I just wanted you to know that I believe in you, I support you, and I care about you, your wife, and your children. I am a proud member of your storage auction game, a forever fan, and friend.👫🖐👍❤ P.S. can you number the episodes in the title it's hard to know if I missed a video or not. I'm sure it would help everyone else also. Thank you.
The painting by Marcelle may be (but probably isn't) Marcelle Ferron, an abstraction artist. There is another Marcelle (Cahn) who has a style "similar" to the painting you have. As for the markings on the back and the board that the art is on...Nothing unusual about oil on board. But the markings lead me to believe that it is a MASS PRODUCED item like for motels and such. I am still researching.
Very interesting, and encouraging. I hope it's something, because that'll be the first piece of art I've ever found that's worth anything. Thanks for your help on it!
The painting... I. Actually wondering if this was a replica of a j.m.w. turner painting. And the person who repainted it was "marcelle" turner did a lot of seascapes. The please return part, maybe this was used in a painting class. I'm curious if you find art supplies in there. Maybe someone was previously an art teacher? There are websites you could check to see if you can find the monogram (signature) in a database somewhere. Pretty picture.. I hope it is an original.
Can you somehow rig a phone case to that tripod you found? Then you could use both hands when you'd like. Hope that "sample" brings you a chunk of change! 🤞🏻
There is nothing more unpleasant than having to sort through a rat infested unit . These storage facilities get paid big money for space , there is a product that comes in small bags that is called rat poison . Some of the companies do a excellent job in rodent control , but others just absolutely do not care .
That is definitely nasty I would be a nervous wreck thanking a rat would jump out it looks like hard work but worth it yes that is probably some nice paintings I’m glad you found some cash you are great at making your videos and I think people watch because you’re so real it’s only been a couple of hours and you have thousands of views and almost five hundred thumbs up tyfs🙋♀️💕🤗
I would hang that on my wall...but my wife will probably say no.. Lol if it isn't a huge dollar amount maybe you will be able to hang in your garage 😜. Fingers crossed those 2 units kept giving even more then what we already know!!!
It looks like it says Marcel or Marcello I was just checking out the author of that painting you might want to get that appraised by somebody who knows what they're doing most of the Manson paintings sell anywhere between $350 to $6,000. That's one of the reasons why I love watching all of you guys on your storage hunts because the treasures that you have inside them can be worth millions. But I really have this picture checked out and if there are any more in there you might have a small fortune some somewhere in the locker
I'm with you on 11:50. I find all kinds of paintings and I have no clue of their values or if they are remotely valuable in any manner. I'm very knowledgeable only when it comes to coins, guns, electronics and video games. That is it. I just recently had an complete estate buyout of all small items and in it is a clock that requires a key and I did research on it and found out on Ebay it can go for at least $750. I am only paying 100 for everything she could fit in her garage.

SOOOO HAPPY you scored with the Cash find! What an amazing blessing guys!
Seems like the junk accumulates, but , it's always good to find money, and there's never any paper trail! Good job!
I'm happy for you! How exciting to be blessed! I love to hear your thankfulness in your voice. If I were younger and able, I would do this! Good luck with your future finds!
I don't want to appear weird in any way , but your voice is strangely soothing
Yes it is.....no fake drama in his voice
Yes it is.
I agree. I watched his videos and fell asleep
I said the same thing. I made my husband listen to some of your videos and explained that the sound was calming. The other reason I’m such a fan is I love your sense of humour

I bought a print for 15 dollars in 1990 and now it's framed and worth over 800. I was pretty happy when I found out. It was a limited edition.
Lenox is very expensive per piece. It is fine china and depending on pattern, could cost $25-50 per plate and more for bowls and platters.
Great finds. Love it. Get a tripod. You make great videos
Nice cash find..... noting unusual about oil paintings on Masonite or board (Mona Lisa was painted on wood).
Congratulations on the cash ! Hope the painting is worth lots ! Great video
Love your videos. You are a natural at this. Love the cash! Hope the paintings turn out to have some value too.
Great finds God bless you you are a blessed man
Start of video, 900 subs, congrats on 7.2K. Great stuff. Tripod, and you are set. Nice way to talk to the camera. You got the skill.

I think the reference on the back of the picture is to J. M. W. Turner 1775 - 1851 - English landscape artist renowned for his atmospheric seascapes. Your picture maybe after his style?
Interesting. Thanks Michael!
Yes it definitely J.M.W Turner. Its painting sold at auction foe whooping milions of dollar dude. You need to get it appraisal and authenticated

Definitely NOT Marcel Duchamp. Maybe Marcelle Bergerol (1900-1987).
Painting looks like post San Francisco earthquake the depth looks like flames jmho

Thanks Rik! Great insight into the art, and I appreciate that!
I would definitely keep all that cash ❤
What would be an option to keeping it ? 🤷♀️
Vintage Tupperware is worth a lot of money. I’ve sold a 4pc canister set for over $50
That Marcelle painting is money!
Congratulations on the evenalope and that painting I couldn't find anything on it but I would have someone look at it

The painting may be a test pattern for making prints.,,,
GRAM in TEXAS.
Some of the videos spoke about jewelry with JBK. That stands for Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy jewelry that was sold on QVC
The one play with the little handle coming up out of it is a serving plate for ordevers

5:22 that is not a salad plate. It is a saucer. You can tell by the small circular indention for the cup to sit in.

Seriously you need to wear a mask with a filter and gloves to protect your health and lungs from the various diseases carried by rats and mice.
I was thinking that too. Is it Hanta virus? Be careful.
Prints can be worth thousands always check them closer
Thank for a great 👍 video. Lots of great find
That painting of French harbor 1,650
18:10 That is a family ring. It could be real gold and gems.

right up there with pianos & pool tables for aggravation are pullout couches. if I were taking one to the dump, I would break it up first.
Great money find!!!!
Im so lost on paintings as well i just got one out of a locker and upon inspection found a price tag for $300.
You should check out those prints you thought weren’t worth anything...they could be valuable...
Where do you go to get the art work checked out?
Can you somehow rig a phone case to that tripod you found? Then you could use both hands when you'd like. Hope that "sample" brings you a chunk of change! 🤞🏻
Can’t wait...love your installments on this locker, but hating the rats. Eewww. The real picture of being a treasure seeker.
You all should really use masks. A friend of mine worked around pigeon poop and it got in his lungs, there is no cure.
Mouse and rat feces are not any better pigeon is worse though

That unit is crazy packed!! Good eye or luck??
Moises Valle mostly luck not looked like junk. But I did see some video game boxes and that probably was the push I needed to take the plunge.

You really need to look up the artist and name of the “boats in harbor” painting. Marcell paintings go for thousands
