does anyone else get super relaxed by asmr during the day but then as soon as you use it to fall asleep your mind goes to everything you’ve ever done wrong? it’s like i’m trying not to think about embarrassing moments so then i end up doing so because i’m thinking about trying to relax too much 🥲

Seriously, sounds to me like unresolved trauma. You should probably consider finding someone trustworthy to share this with, whether it be a counselor or therapist. Having emotional trauma that tries to control you can be a pretty big deal.

The pure restraint Frivvi has with the super sensitivity is crazy. I feel like my breathing would be so inconsistent and I would be too loud sometimes, etc. She's got it down perfect

@FrivolousFoxASMR It driving me nuts! What are you spelling with your finger from 4:17- 4:26 ?! Def keep spelling the words with your hands because it’s very tingly especially when added to the inaudible/unintelligible whispers! (And yes you are amazing at unintelligible whispers too so don’t let it scare you! I go back to that video where you discuss the difference over and over! I also totally recommend you learn a bit of ASL because it’s suuuuper tingly so that was a fun few classes I took! Start with fingerspelling. It’s pretty easy to pick up and it would be great to add to these videos to practice!!! Keep up the tingly work!!! Now if you’ll excuse me I have some 100% sensitivity to return to (even if I don’t really get what that means haha)!!!
