ASMR isn't just about falling asleep. That's what a lot of people use it for (myself included), but it's also good for stress/depression and even for concentration. It has a lot of uses! I am sorry that this particular video is not good for sleeping for you. Try one of the ones that isn't "100% sensitivity" on the mic? :-)
